I grabbed the brakes (only front I think) and the tyre just gave away... and both the bike and I went screeching on the tarmac. Felt nothing at all... Guess all I could do was slide. Thankfully, the vehicles behind had stopped and one kind gentleman in a bike helped with with the bike and all.

My RTR 180 is just a week older but I have removed and re fixed AF once.

. but even then they have decent grip on dry tarmac. On wet roads they can give you the scare of your life. Also the streets are filled with idiots ( as shown in a tyre ad) you may never know when you have to break hard ( or panic brake for that matter). so personally i feel ABS is definitely worth the extra bucks and must be super safe as compared to A180.
