First of all many many congratulation for your engine built. I can feel how the performance it would have been and how it feels like.
I am sure your bike will serve you for lifetime. Till that time it would definately cross 1.5 crore kms.

And I'm good. everthing is going good here. Just doing my job, giving my best, doing overtimes and till now my perfomance graph is in upward direction and I hope I would maintain that graph upword.
And I'm proud of myself that the effort which I had put before is now giving the results...
I've most better process knowledge in my team, and people who sits after me and even my team leader ask qweries to me frequently. And they call me google and sme
Sme is a management team to whom we ask questions if we cant take a decision and got stuck anywhere.

We here solve credit card disputes for american express. I'm saying we beause we work here as a team.Solving disputes is just an investigation following polices & procedures. Dispute is what if any credit card owner/holder had some concern with the merchant (to whom they had did business) or if their credit card is charged of any fraudulent transaction which they never authorized. Then in that such cases they contact their credit card issuer (banker) to setup a dispute. Meaning for us to investigate & solve the matter.
We then contact the merchant who has charged his/her card and if they don't provide sufficient support for us to solve the matter then we charge their account and give back to the card holder. If they did then we sent a letter explaining him with support as to why s/he didn't own a credit/refund. Letter has to be more than best in freeform with zero error in spelling & grammer and that's where people find the most difficult part.
All this we work in a software as a backend process, we do not call.

In short this might sound easy but in reality its way beyond our thinking. Almost 50% people had left the job because as this is not so easy.
In america credit card is used for every transaction. Be it a store, online, services, membership, travel, dining, lodging, airline and even they use it in taxi cabs.
So they dispute anything, every case is a different case where we had to go through the claim & to use our own logic & common sence to take a decision. Till now I've solve more than 3000 cases and each one of them was different.

I think I should end here now, I had wrote long enough.
I short I'm just enjoying my work doing it. All people in my team are also very good & friendly. We do work also we talk in between as there is no obligation if we are completing our work, we had fun everyday, laugh, eat and enjoy the work.

Hopefully last month my bro kept my words and agreed to change the engine oil of my bike. I guided him to my retailer friend where he got veedol take off. My father changed the oil per my request as I didn't wanted any mech to overtighten the bolt.
Till now nothing additional has been done. I told him to keep the drive chain lubericate, I don't know whether he is doing it or not.
He has completed his engg and came back from bhubneshwar to home last month. Now he is just doing aram/relax in home. Two days ago I rec'd msg in whatapp if there is anything needs to be done in bike, meaning maintenance.
I told there are lot of things needs to be done. I asked if you would like to do of your own or better like to give it to a mechanic to do it for you?
He said second option is better.
Then I said there is nothing to do as I don't want any mech to touch my bike I would rather comfortable with if not done any maintenance.
But it still hurts a very bit but not that much.

I just advised him to keep inflate the tyre at a regular basis and nothing else.

I'm expecting/thinking to go home at Q4 of this year. Let's see then what happens...don't know at what condition it would be then.

^^ Paul bro. Just come soon yaar! Missing all the expert opinion here. You could have told me about the engine oil - I just got mine 2 days back. Super Swift 10w40. Same retailer in Bistupur. I have asked him to source caliper grease (silicone grease) pouches/tins.

I am sharing my one day ride which was done on 2013. The total kms covered was 320. The place we visited was 'Pichavaram'. It is very famous for its natural mangrove forest. It is located in Cuddalore district. I think it is the one and only natural mangrove forest in Asia, so we must be proud of it. I took the state highway from the beginning to the end. Do visit the place if you get a chance. I would like to narrate one scary incident which happened that day. Even now, if i think about that incident, my adrenaline gets pumped!!. We were riding across a small town called 'Tirukovilur'. Since it was monsoon, the rains had just stopped the day before the ride. The road was new and trees both sides. Beyond the trees on both sides, there were fields with lots of backwaters.Suddenly a big snake was crossing the road. To my knowledge, the snake would be atleast 8 feet long and 15 cm diameter. I was riding happily by enjoying the nature when my friend who was the pilloin yelled at me "look out, a snake". By that time, the snake's head was on the middle of the road and its end could be found no where. Since the bike was very close, braking was impossible. so i tried my best to get past by leaning the bike to the entire right of the road. Luckily, there were not any on coming vehicles. By the time when the snake was near the bike's front tyre, it put an about turn and went back to where it came from. All these things happened within 5 seconds! I was watching in the RVM and was awwwww!!. Then after riding for 1 km, stopped, took a break till we were relaxed and then continued. It was indeed a memorable day!

You see this plant? That is a layer of salt which is present on the surface of the leaves. It takes the salt water as food, uses only the fresh water and exhales the salt. Isn't that cool?. I tasted some salt to check.. You can see it in the next picture!

I own a 200ns, today took a fall, now front tyre isn't rotating freely there is a sound and hurdle at a specific angle of rotation. What can.be wrong. .? If disc is bent, New costs 1200 and I can't afford that, can disc be straighten out. .? And does alloys gets bend. .? Any estimate of expense. .? In east Delhi. .?
Sorry for ruining this thread but you guys are genius in every aspect, so expecting a reply.

Without inspecting it would be difficult to say which is the culprit.. anyway get someone preferably at asc to inspect it to find the cause.
Yes, disc can be 'straightened' out , will cost you around 200rs
Yes, alloys do bend and minor bends can be fixed if you can find someone who repairs alloys in your city

Why don't you simply claim insurance ? That would be the best for you since you are unable to shell out 1200 .. Tell them that you fell while avoiding some monkey on the road.. shouldnt be a problem. And you get atleast 90% for metal parts under insurance. Replace them while you can.

Thanks for reply, but if it works out under 200₹, insurance, hmmm, should I claim it Or not. .? As premium will increase, ?
Your take. .?
And thanks again for replying.
Anyone knows in Delhi where can I have disc straighten out. .?as the original disc costs 1600₹ ,so should I get disc straightened ..? As I can't buy new one till 2 months.

Is this noise audible when you ride the bike or when you turn the wheel by hand ? Most probably this noise was there even before the fall.
If it sounds kssk -kssk at a particular point then it is common with disc brakes. Just clean the brake pads and lubricate the caliper pins.

However, post few pictures of the front end of the bike from different angles.

To check if your wheel is bent put the bike on the main stand (if you had one installed on your ns ) and ask someone to press the rear end and spinn the front wheel and inspect the front wheel does it wobble? Then its bent.
Also see the disc spinnig and see if its jammed.
Open the brake calliper and check if the wheel spinns freely then.
You may have
1) a bent wheel
2) dislocated spacer
3) bent disc
4) a simple brake pad issue
5) a bent axel.
6) dislocated or broken mudguard
7) a bearing issue (an accident had cracked a bearing on my bike and I couldent spinn the wheel freely.... Amazingly the wheel hadnt bent!!)

Best bet would be to take it to an svc and let them inspect it. Pics would be helpful too.
You may claim insurance if its a bent wheel or discs.

Two mechs inspected the Nike and told disc is bent
But I'm still nit believing it as bike fell.in the nondisc side, how can.It bend. .?
Still going for hammering, tomorrow assembly will be opened, lets see what comes out, can't.shell more than 500₹ for 2 months,
Also no wobbling or anything, took it to 40 speeds and it was just making kss kss noise,
And front brake bite has decresed, let's say 30_40% .

Going to change, sir. there was a slight problem regarding the chain. The local mechanic said the connecting link was not proper, so he took one of the links from a spare chain which he had and used it in mine. I'm not crossing 50kmph though, scared something might happen again. So keeping speeds low at the moment.

Mileage wise the bike returns around 50kmpl.

Another problem I noticed was with the kicker. At times the bike wouldn't agree to start in the first 3-4 kicks. but this doesn't happen frequently. it feels like the kicker is being kicked with the clutch lever being held... not so smoothly but a little harder than that.. I dont know how to explain it exactly sir.. please forgive me..

Performance and pickup wise I'm satisfied. No compromise on that..

Hello, since we are talking about sprokets can someone tell me if any of the bikes here have a 4 hole rear and front sprocket? And one more question

As your bike had ran 50k and u havnt had your engine open ever then would advise you to get the head opened and cleaned which involves valve lapping, also change the piston rings which will increase the compression & pickup. Few parts will require: block packing, head packing, head o-ring, valve o-ring, head top/left/right cover packing + your mech labour. RohIIT can give you the estimate. Doing this will increase the bike performace. As mileage is low then you should have airfilter + carb cleaned and tuned.
As of now get chain+clutch changed and other works can be done later.
