Seems to have undergone a paint job as the 250 was launched in India only in Green colour. Not withstanding that seems to be a well maintained machine.

It was launched in green and black.. but I liked the pearl white paint job on this one, and yes, it has been well maintained... was able to do 140 in 5th, 2up and I weigh in at 127 with a pillion weighing 60+

Congrats man, looks good.
Welcome to the gang.
Didn't imagine I would be saying this to a 250 ninja owner since the new model came.
Keep posting about updates.

I prefer this model over the newer one due to the seating position... this is more conducive to an older guy like me.

I'm 47 myself and I've done Bombay Bangalore a couple of years back in 14 hours on my 220... and my daily commute is about 90kms round trip
Nice to know that we're still able to keep up with the kids

The rear tyre is the sports demon and was changed at 26k kms.

Any difference in the traction from front end as compared to the IRCs?

I suppose it istoo early to say about the traction now, as the IRC that i was using had gone completely bald, and their was no traction at all.. fitting a new tire be it any brand gives more confidence than earlier, but still after riding it may be another 500 kms, i will be able to say something.

May be AV8TOR can say something as has already used this tire.

- Warms up quicker
- Better lean angles
- Better cornering confidence
- Braking is better
- Wet grip is exceptional

Good to know, although it is still quite far before I have to change. What about the wet grip? Exceptionally good or bad? Cos the stock irc are very risky on wet roads.

Generally how much is the mileage in total KMS can it run?

Some one told me that on speeds above 150 , the front end wobbles, though i have not run at those speeds on this tire, but not sure if that problem actually exist.?
