Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Mine lasted for roughly 15k kms. I have done an entire Mumbai-Leh-Mumbai trip including high speeds of upto 170kmph on speedo, I personally didn't face any wobbling issues !Originally posted by vkuchhal View PostThe Inception - https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/tourer/...inception.html

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
15k kms is decent in my opinion, for the grip they provide and the economical costs as well. Prices vary between5300-5800 per set depending on the availability.Originally posted by vkuchhal View PostThanks for the update.. but don't you think 15k kms is a bit less. how much did those tires costed in mumbai or thane? The Inception - https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/tourer/...inception.html

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Woah, 9887 ~ 10K, that's a lot for a battery
Which brand is it though FB super MC?
are there any alternatives in India for the Ninja 250 Battery, like from Amaron or Exide or any other brands?Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to post a few pictures of the recent gear that i have purchased / been gifted to me.
In particular i'm looking forward to try the new disc brake pads as OEM's were not available when my friend back home last checked and also the re-usable oil filter.
I know at least one friend here in DXB who uses them on his bikes. His however, are the spin-on filter type which are easier to use and also help the bike run cooler. The Ninja 250r runs a drop-in type filter. When i considered the fact that i never have to buy an OEM or any other type of paper element oil filter again, it was a no-brainer to invest in this.
Waiting for April 2014!! Can't wait to install and let you guys know how it works out.
Surprisingly i have not come across anyone who uses this type of filter on any of their bikes on this forum.
It makes so much more sense than regular oil filters!
Will keep everyone posted!!

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Hey,
I have a query. When you start the bike in the morning, the rpm rises to around 2k and stays there for around a couple of minutes before settling down to 1.2- 1.4k.This was how it was ever since I bought the bike, but for the past week, once I start, it starts at a very low rpm, say around 1k rpm, and then rises to 2k rpm after about 10 seconds. then its normal.
What could be the issue??AweSome is too LesS!
