      Hi Guys,

Was browsing thru the internet and came across these really sick mete gauges, has anyone tried their hands on them? Posting a few videos the same, there are quite a few discussions about the meters on other forums as well..

      They cost around $400

yeah, saw these before I bought the ninja. sometime last year when I was looking for aftermarket display consoles. But as far as I know I think they are for the Carb version (US) only. might not be for the Fi. But not sure..have to double check.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

        • My Ninja was sitting idle for the past two months and I have been away from xbhp for more than that. I had been travelling a lot so didn't get time to ride.

          But now I am back

For some reason it has started to leak Engine oil. Quite a lot has leaked however its still above the lower notch on the engine oil indicator. I wonder how it started leaking when I was not even riding it for quite some time.

          Any ideas guys?

Have seen a pic of a ninja on this thread with the Koso guages. Looks nice but in my personal opinion, too flashy and childish.

These will work on the FI models too. Someone posted a pic of his ninja with the koso guage around last yr. I dont recollect the member's name and he was not a regular poster here too.

Drain bolt loose? That's the only thing that comes to my mind.

LOL. This is very possible since Asim has been showering love on his Daytona'd R15. The ninja is feeling neglected and bleeding for love and care.

It's available for those who don't know. Same website as was provided in one of the earlier posts. I do believe the Volt Meter has to be purchased seperately.

Its a fact .... the R15 has been getting all my attention. I had started using the Ninja only for long rides only ... and that ain't happening from sometime.

Yeah, my dad's way cool, except when he is lecturing me... Lol he even bought me my bike, despite my entire family being against it. He's wanted to do a leh trip for the longest time, so I'll definitely start planning it out from now.

                            • Hi Guys, I am planning to install Integrated Tail Lights on my bike. My bike is 2 months old. I just want to know if it voids the warranty.

Recently i did Hyderabad-Chennai to and fro. After reaching home i noticed that 3 Bolts on the fairing were missing and one another was about to fall.I rode at avg 80-100 speeds.Road has some bad patches. Is this the reason for the bolts dropping off or the Servicing guys not tightening them enough.

                              • If engine stalls, you could start in gear as well

One interesting thing I found out about Ninja 3 days back. I didn't knew this for so long. While driving through very heavy traffic, sometimes the engine heats up so much, that it shuts down. Previously, I used to bring the vehice back to Neutral and then start it. I just realized few days back, that you could start the bike in whichever gear. Keep the clutch pressed and press the start button. The engine is back to life. Similar to what you could do in cars.
