sounds like the Air Fuel Mixture issue to me.. I am not sure how to resolve it in FI engine

experts can suggest

Yes I do have this annoying tappet noise issue which keeps coming back even after setting it.
PS - the bike has run only 13000+ km

That is because buggers at SVC think they are experts and DO NOT use a feeler gauge to adjust tappets. They use pliers/screwdrivers/spanners for the same.

Got same annoying noise since year.. I have visited all showrooms in pune for solution. Finally issue resolved after replacing some filter costs around 600.

Yes buddy! Zapper Q is a good choice. Once do check out what ceat has to offer. But i found the Q to be better!

MRF Zapper Q 120/80-18 is not a direct fit. It requires chain guard be cut.
Ceat's 120 section doesn't fit at all since it touches the disc holding plate too. It also touches the mud guard.

Buddy i'm sorry i thought yours is the new zmr with 120 section tyre..
Zapper Q and Zapper C both are available in 100/90 sizes.
Zapper Q is better i guess. [MENTION=41586]Divya Sharan[/MENTION] also has the same tyre if i'm not wrong..

MRF Zapper Q 100/90-18 TL - I'm using it now. Good tire.
MRF Zapper Q 110/90-18 TT - Used it in the past. Loved it.
Pirelli Sport Demon 110/90-18 TL as well as 110/80-18 TL - Best tire I have ever used, but beware of fakes.
MRF Meteor M 100/90-18 TT - Good tire.
Michelin M45 - Awesome tire, almost impossible to get due to stopped imports.
