    Clutch plates?? What speed does you bike do @5k rpm on 5th gear?

      In final drive do sub 4k RPM steady and then crack open throttle to WOT, if clutch slips and RPM shoots then you need to replace the clutch.

        Let assume clutch plates are fine...then what could be a other reason in drop of mileage.

            Bore failure. FI clogged, air filter clogged, spark plug at it end, throttle body clogged, sprockets nearing its end, etc

              It's been around 14.5 k kms on my zmr.
              Changed the fork oil & after few months the fork seal is busted. I will be changing it tomorrow. Had done 3-4 highway trips on zmr & it didn't let me down so far.
              Will update photos once will be near to my PC don't know why I can't upload from phone.

                    You can use a normal screw in place of allen bolt.
