great...also what i am facing is as i mentioned that after 70 KM bike runs smooth..but it runs as same only for 2/3 days after that for more than a week or month it again become harsh even on riding at 80-90 KMPH...is it same problem of TPS?

Today I am going to share something which i have felt for a very long time and never shared with any one but after reading all ownership pages of karizma zmr I got the courage to share and bring it out
I get surprised when people say they waited a lot to buy their first bike and used to complain why i din't get the parents who could buy me a bike. I was around 16 years old when first started noticing bikes as my friends could get them from their parents but for me, being from a lower middle class family never got such pleasure.
At that time I used to say to my self, may be i am too young to buy one. Forgot to mention, my love was CBZ at that time. It was most sexy bike on road at that time specially in black color. Then came karizma, i got completely mad at that bike. But again same story no money to buy bike. Then went to college for my bachelors/masters and used to get envy since most of guys coming on bike.
Now God was kind enough to give a chance to work overseas for 5 years. But during that period also i used to think to buy a bike but now education loan was eating up my salary. During my visit to home land I saw a bike tagged "karizma - ZMR", I was like speechless after seeing that beauty.
And decided on that day that the day i land in this country permanently i will buy this bike. So here I am landed last week permanently and bought my first ever bike that is too Karizma - ZMR and total waiting period was 13 years. And I am learning to drive a bike on my own bike now . Sometimes it worth to wait!!!!!!!!!

If i run my ZMR for an speed more than 70 KM...bike seems to be smooth...engine sound very low...feel light in riding...and if i run on slow speed let less then 60...i feel engine sound very high/harsh...not smooth...why this is happening?

I think it may be problem with engine oil , as you said after some distance / speed bikes became normal ( may be it got proper heat up ) , or may be you need to clean radiator / oil cooler .

Malfunction of TPS, Inlet air temperature sensor or O2 sensor can give problem like what you have mentioned, and the Fi light will start giving indication of malfunction..this is why a diagnostic tool is important to know which of these sensor is malfunctioning .

Hi..Do try to tune your bike with the svc guys.this prob might occur due to lean mixture.
