    Yes as per the info i have if no Fi light blinking then no problem in Fi or any sensor .

      i shift gears at 4000K rpm and the noise i am hearing is very close to " khat khat" . I don't know what is tappet noise
      I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)

        Tappet noise occurs due to loose tappets , have you visited HMC ASC & shown them the problem ? If so then what they said ? If not then do it .

          When you start the bike in the morning did you find any flap/tak noise from the engine head?

          If you noticed this supposedly knocking sound with recent fuel fillup, change the petrol pump next time and see.

          Alternatively, you can take to Service center and get clarified, as said by Above_All.

            yes its knocking !!! as told by mechanic . He said that there is some problem with compression and the engine head is needed to be opened . will go to svc tomorrow to rectify the issue . anyone else had faced this problem earlier ???
            PS : my bike is heating up like hell after this knocking issue
            I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)

              May be cam and rocker have gone bad...not able to recollect the member's name but similar problem reported before...

                    3400 for Pirelli
                    Performance increased aftr k&n instald.......but mileage will decrease 8-10 km........if u shift above 6000 rmp.......

                          Friends Fuel pump went kaput... cost is 14000 ..luckily bike is under warranty and they replaced it free

                                My ZMR has covered 30,000 kms in 1.6 years, and still going good and maange moreeeee......

                                went to AH Helmet fr engine oil, saw pirelli tires there, enquired abt price of sport demon 120 = Rs. 3600 and 130= Rs. 4100 (rear only)..
                                Replace the words "I have to" with "I choose to" and notice the difference in how you feel.
