You shouldn't had touch that screws, they change the lense sideways, which once you change it, it is pretty hard to get back the original focus.. And also those bolts are not easily accessible, so you are in a difficult situation to adjust them also..

Well, try to find a small, size 10 box spanner, and take your bike to a really dark place, and turn on your headlight and try to adjust the bolts.. First, fully tight them then loose it with the spanner with same amount in both bolts at once, one turn by one turn(better ask a friend to adjust the other screw with u), at one point, u will get the original spread, but at this point the beam may be tilted towards one side, if it is, then adjust one screw further by looking at the beam, while doing this try to figure out which screw tilt beam to which side, and adjust accordingly, you need to have a lot of concentratin on this and beleive me it is a hard job, u need to have a lot of patience too.

After u get the spread u want, then adjust the adjustment screw for the correct height..

After u r done, Dont ever touch those screws again..!

This happened with me also, it was very difficult to get the original focus back. As per my observations, those screws will change the alignment and the focus of the headlight beam. So be careful when doing this, u might end up getting a totally useless headlight..
That is what i have done , screwed up the focus with 10 no. spanner , now i want to get back to stock but not getting the info of height .

Stick to this Mineral till at least 6000Kms. And why did you wait so long till 1100kms for the first oil change, you should have done it at least within first 500kms.. After 1000kms change your oil again (for you it is 3000kms), then change oil within 2000km mark(mineral will last for 2000kms)

20W40 will run much cooler and silent than the 10W30 Mineral. I prefer Motul Or Gulf 20W40. So choice is yours, and stick to it till at least 6000kms don't ever think about oils till then
thank u for d advice sir will do as u said.. and wil d delay in running in process ve any bad effect on d engine

Don't worry about the height bro, first try to get the focus, then u adjust the height by the adjustment screw. it is an easy job, difficult thing is the focus. First thing first

No nothing bad will happen, just the delay in running-in process. Use mineral for now..

I have finally decided to go with the mighty ZMR...

But i have a few questions...

The height - I am 5.9" and i am not able to keep both my feet at rest on ground... There is like "just' half to 1 inch gap between my feet and the ground (back of my feet). I can keep both the feet on my toes ... actually more than just my toes ... I guess you guys understand :P...

But yet, I was able to ride it, though it was a bit heavier compared to the slick R15. So I am not sure if it would be comfortable for me if i buy, but definitely great if i could keep both my feet on the ground completely... And yes the pillion ride is great..

So would like to know if there is a possibility to reduce the height by 2 cms or so or maybe some other way with which i can achieve full comfort even while not riding (the ride is perfect i'd say )

                    Suggestions please! PMs are welcomed!!
Dude no offense but are u sure u are 5'9"??? I am just 5'7" and both my heels properly land on ground when i am on my ZMR.

Update - BOOKED A KTM DUKE - YAHOOOOOOOO AWESOME BIKE (PS - I STILL LIKE THE ZMR, BUT DUKE IS COOLER )
                    Congrats bro
But internet says seat height of Duke is 810mm whereas ZMR is 790mm

If you are talking about the tick tick sound which u hear when u stop after a long ride... then its totally fine. absolutely normal

That sound comes from either the exhaust or the engine or the both. because they are made from layers of different metals. lighter metal cools and shrinks faster than the heavier so lighter metal tends to creep over the heavier hence the sound is produced. Happens with most of the bikes.
I've heard it loudest in bullets

For your other problem, maybe your handle bar is lose... I had the same problem, first it was a small tak sound, then it increased gradually... Took it to SVC and he tightened the handlebars and problem solved... But bastard made scratches on my handlebar... Anyways, never had the same problem again...

I think all service people are same.....during my ZMR first service has a protection packing on handle (came when i buy )...to remove that plastic packing they used a screw driver this result in scratches in handle...

instead of screw driver it can be easily remove by hand...but they used a screw driver...

Also, i ask them to check the light beam...they adjust it...and to adjust they open the full fairing ....when i told them that this is totally wrong...for adjust there is an screw outside...and they were like
