What type of problems are you facing in your ZMR?

As for the SVC...ZMR owners from Haryana can suggest better...

Yes, You will need to cut the chain cover from inside. This job can be done by welding machine.
Below picture is of my chain cover which was cut when I had M45 fitted.
Ofcourse now, I dont have chain cover at all. I just have to lube my chain in every 800-1000 kms which I do diligently

            • Head Lamps

How many of You have fitted HIDs from Navnish in ourZMRs?

              Whether 55W or 35W.

Planning to fit one after my OSRAM Night Breaker has gone berserk.
After around 12 Fuses in TEN days the problem was identified with the HeadLamp.
Since all my Fuses were at night it was identified after checking Wiring etc.

At times there is an internal short circuit in the Lamp and the fuse is getting blown up.

Now I am back to my Stock Lamps for now.
              Looking for some Options Friends!!!

Don't worry too much about Air pressure buddy. Not sure how much psi should it be if you fill Nitrogen but for Normal Air just fill 29 front and 33 rear.

Best to calculate is tank full process....first fill full tank...run for approx 100 then again fill the tank full...note down the petrol fill in second time and then divide it with the km run...
