I heard philips are brighter & costly , but those chinease are also brighter & won't cost more unless you buy from seller who asks for double cost .
As i said earlier check this one too . http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...tml#post710323

For headlight ZMR needs H4/HS1 type .

For pure white HID or if want halogen then 4 options from philips

    1) Blue Vision ultra : Using it its not pure white . Yellowish white . Philips Lighting India - BlueVision ultra - Philips

    2) Diamond Vision : Its a Blueish white Philips Lighting India - DiamondVision - Philips

    3) Crystal Vision : Not seen yet Philips Lighting India - CrystalVison - Philips

    4) Essential Vision : Not seen yet Philips Lighting India - EssentialVision - Philips

Also some peoples using osram night breaker & said low beam is yellowish while high beam is whiteish , don't know about it haven't seen yet .

And there are some H4 Led bulbs are also available , they would be fully white but i think it is not good to choose them over halogen .

    .
Thanks bro thanks a lot that's really helpful

1: open the tank screw (located under seat)
2: pull the tank slightly up and insert something under it so that it retain its position.
3: now that the throttle body is exposed, disconnect the wires from its slots.
4: open two screws on top which holds the injector from o-ring spanner (it was 6no but not sure).
5: pull out the injector from throttle body and then the injector from its socket(at this point some petrol will fall from the back of the injector but dont worry its ok).
6: clean it with petrol and pressurized air so that all the 12 holes are visible clearly.
7: now for fitting it back follow the above steps in reverse.

      its hardly 10min job.

BTW the injector has 12 holes not 12 ports afaik.
next time when the injector is opened ill post some pics.

EDIT: oh and i almost forgot if you are cleaning it by yourself then after getting the injector fitted back in the throttle body, be sure to switch on and off ignition atleast 3 times without starting bike so that fuel pump creates the fuel pressure at the injector.
secondly do not install the injector back until all the 12 holes are clearly visible otherwise bike will run sluggish.

      fantastic.....good information!!!

To change headlght..open the 6 screws...as seen in pic...by Divya Sharan...

On open you will view the round rubber part in middle...on top of rubber there is an rubber holder to pull...once rubber is pulled headlight sockets are visible..(.before removal of rubber disconnect the headlight socket.....)...bulb is fixed by an push up and pull metal type frame...

The headlight bulb assembly (to change) is same as you get in most of the cars like Swift...

does stopping the bike in first gear effect battery or spark plulg
some one told me not to do this
                    but i dont think
but it makes a sound (tirrrrr) when i stop(make engine stop running) in the first gear.
or should i all stop the bike in neutral only and then switch off the bike.

I got 38 smd led from dealextreme but lockhrt999 got it from ebay at very low price compared to mine .

5, 20 , 38 are no.of led's . If the size & space is good then look for 42 smd led or 68 smd led i think they would be brighter than 38 smd led . ( I will also shift to them soon if size is less than space )

BTW for pure white bulb check the new Apache RTR 2012 , the headlight of it seems to be white .

May be extra force at tightning is damaging the seal or may be the oil .
