Fog lights

can fog lights be fitted onto the zmr....any one please shed some light on this topic...thank you

I am facing over heating and vibration problem in my zmr.heat even come to the tank.
I showed it to one of my machanice and he said its a clutch problem. I have a doubt can it be a clutch problem?
Plz help me out what to do????

actually i was thinking the same but not sure if stock puny battery can handle 2x55w + 60/55 watt bulbs.

just replace the engine oil with gulf pride 4t plus 20w40 or motul 3000 4t 20w40 or valvoline champ 4t 20w40 or servo multigrade 20w40 and you will be fine.

can it be a radiator coolant problem??
how to check the radiator coolant?

ZMR's radiator doesnt have a coolant.Its just an oil cooled engine where the engine oil passes into the cooler/radiator , gets cooled and comes back to the engine.Only liquid cooled engines have coolant in radiator.

Customisation this weekend

Today updated the "wolf eyes" of my white angel from china made 32 smd led to Philips Ultinon LED bulbs , costed 1425 in autozone by relaince actual MRP is 1500.Amazed by the glow and purity of whiteness in the glow!!

Firstly the bulbs..

These are 6000K ones...

The brightness of these are amazing,see the road is clearly visible.At first i felt i don't need the low beam(just kidding)..

And my project ALL WHITE ZMR is finally finished!

[The Headlamp is PHILIPS DIAMOND VISION AND NOT HID!]

Verdict pick a 4200k one for yellow tint(it is printed as white light on packaging but it is pinkish not white!) and 6000k for white light (it is printed as blue light on packaging but it is white)

my karizma zmr has some problem with chain and gear......and some vibration in the front part and disks....what should i do for this.... its 18months old with 6700kms

Just tighten and lube the chain and about the fairing, just take it apart and double tape it.

Could you please elaborate on the issue you're facing with the gear?

Yes i read it somewhere in light thread or dc conversion thread or projector help thread ( not sure exactly which 1 ) that ZMR alternator is powerfull to run it , someone is using it , check that thread to find that info . Will be thinking of it since long but not found any projectors yet .

Its full fairing bike , every full fairing bike has the heating issue , don't play with clutch .

Is the headlight is pure white or blueish white ? Its Details please like temp , cost etc .

Details would be good to answer ,
Refit the fairing to reduce the vibrations , my ZMR won't have any vibrations
BTW haven't heard about disks vibration . How you found/checked it

actually a guy is using aux lights in karizma and ZMR's alternator is more powerful than ZMA so i think there should be no problem but now the bigger question arises

Where to fix aux lights in ZMR????

Missed the disk part. I believe he's mistaken a worn out cone set, cause when the cone set it worn out, and front brakes are applied then the handle will vibe abit.

just change the engine oil to a thicker one 20w40 and it will handle the heating problem.

Where to fix aux lights in ZMR????

Inplace of horns & place horns as in splendor , passion etc . But don't forgot to remove that black plastic fairing part which is protecting horns to get good clear focus .

Or remove the number plate , its holder/bracket & attach those lights to the nuts on fairing holding number plate holder/bracket . But be sure that they won't touch mudguard on bad roads .
