  • Hey Guys.. I have completed 25000kms on my ZMR and I am loving it more and more each time i ride it.. its going to be 3 years next month.. went to Kathmandu (Nepal) from Delhi for a 9 days tour.. had a wonderful ride.. got an avg of 54kmpl which was the best of the 3 bikes we went on... ZMR, RE Classic 350 and RTR 180 we completed totally 2450kms and to my surprise RTR180 didn't fail.. WE are planning for a Bhutan Trip this year after my Black Pearl Turns 3 years old.. this is going to be her Birthday Gift her are few pics that were clicked during the trip Click image for larger version

I was able to remove only 1 screw. Rest all seem stuck real bad. I tried different screw drivers too, but I feel like I'm just damaging the screws....

ZMR warranty can be extended for next two year (3 +2 = 5 years); but renewal can only be done inside a 1st year of your ZMR...

            • Guys. I have a problem with the Battery.. I am using Projector lights for my ZMR with the stock Battery.. now I wanna go for the 9Ah from Amron.. would that do good?? and another problem is the Battery Compartment of ZMR is too small to hold the 9Ah battery.. Will I be able to fix the Karizma-R's battery compartment in ZMR? if yes what modifications do I have to make as ZMR's rear disc brake oil is fixed to the battery compartment... Also pls let me know how much it would cost?? Attaching few pics of the Projector lens Click image for larger version

You'll need to make quite a few changes to accommodate the 9AH Amaron. It is possible, but not easy. It'll need drilling and welding. Why don't you try P200NS 8AH VRLA? Its little smaller w.r.t Amaron and may cause less trouble in fitting.

Its possible. Read the last page in the owner's manual. Get it done ASAP from the place where u bought the bike. May need a little butter-like words though!
                  Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

To access the pilot lamp, remove 6 screws around the console and pull off the black plastic part. Voila!
Sorry, I've no idea about the axle nut. You may PM psr asking the same. Thanks.

hey thanks for the quick reply. I went on till the plastic part, removed it but the pilot lamps seem to be fixed there, that is not like a specific socket attached to it. Am I suppose to just pull it out
