N250R front brake pads are a direct fit. They cost 1200 rupees, 100 more than Karizma's.

    Pros:
Being cintered pads, they offer better braking performance.

    Cons:
Being cintered, they wear out faster.

Rolon sprockets come OE with the bike, Diamond is available at the SVC itself. Cost 950 odd.

You might need to change sprocket kit, AF, tires, fork oil, brake pads and spark plug. I'd suggest you do the upgrade to newer parts on an incremental basis starting from sprocket and tires first.

Well, instead if sprocketing I've decided to just go with the new stock sprockets. And tyres I need to go around searching for psd. Front tyre I shall change later cause there is no sign of any wear.

RTR 180's rear pads fit our bikes. But, the bite is less (rear discs already have less bite, RTR's pads bite even less).
ZMR's rear pads cost 1200 odd rupees, RTR's 350/- only.

Has anyone tried it?? is it a direct fit without any mods?? or is it better I go with the Genuine Hero Product?? but its too costly..

I guess even I am gonna have to spend quite a lot of money in the next couple of months for my pearl. how much is the side fairing and rear tail piece (not the tail light assembly) but the side where it says Karizmaa

I'd always advocate OE spares. They may be on the costlier side, but genuine OE spares guarantee peace of mind like no other.
AFAIK, rear cowl comes as a whole and you don't get the side panel alone. Both side panels + tail piece come as a bulk product. (I may be wrong here)

I guess, you can check with HMC godown from where they retail spares to SVCs.

I am in need of both the sides..

Thanks buddy, but I guess it should be available separately.. I don't wana remove the middle part of the tail as i have some memories with it having all the places i visited with her on it...

the left side became a big mess after I let loose brake fluid under seat and it started getting cracks and the right side because of the service center guys

Hi all, I am very much worried while writing this question to you all. Last day, I was driving at night, that too in the rain. My speed was around 60 and the road was very straight. One car which was parked at the left pane of the road took a heavy turn to right without putting the indicator (Bloody Fellow). I had to panic brake, and due to that, my bike's rear tyre got locked up, and front too I guess, I released the breaks and applied again, but it was too close, to I stopped my bike by hitting the car's rear bumper side (Thank god I dint fall). I was like, soooo angry with the car driver, I drove in front of him and asked him to stop. He was a drunkard. People gathered and all were in my side. Finally he told, if there is any problem, he will pay. I started checking my bike. It was night time, and I could find only a deformed number plate. So I left the fellow and reached home.

Now the problem started next day. Next day I carefully observed and found out, my bike's front fender had some minor scratches and the fairing assebly near headlight (where horns are kept) had a very tiny gap in between. I checked for wheel bends, and found there was none, any way, when I kep my bike in the central stand and rotated the wheel, rear was running good, but front had some hickups in between, like applying the brakes very slightly.

Also after the incident I can feel that there is heavy vibration in the front.

And now the surprize problem. My exhaust note got changed
It is like a splender when it is revved hard
Feel like, something is stuck inside the exhaust. It happens on high revv. donno y

pls help me... esp d exhaust issue
RVM is a good tool to see your buddys losing behind while racing :)

Thank God you are safe bro.. People have no common sense and all this sorta things happen.. did you hit into the car hard??

Now, the note of exhaust has nothing do with what seems to have happened but it could be that the exhaust seal could have loosened at the head end.. check it out.. in the sense, the clamp and bolt that hold the exhaust to the head

now coming to the front tire.. did you rotate it in the forward direction or backward direction? if moved backward, it will tend to have that kinda behavior... or due to the impact, probably the wheel bearing might have got hit..

front fender? well, best thing to do is to get it a sticker job unless you have some cash to shed out..

the gap near the headlight?? can you put more light into it?? in the sense take a pic and upload so that we will have a better idea..
