Oh No.. how could I have missed it out.. Please someone.. if anyone knows about it.. let us know.. could that also cause issues in starting problem? are the rusts from tanks filtered in that fuel filter??

I just went to the HH service center and met the ZMR chief Service Engineer.....He says the Filter will Last more than 1,00,000 Kms without any issues, if no water contamination takes place....The filter contains dual filter element, one of perforated metal , and the other regular filter element....so the filter is special and not normal..
      Sorry for wrong info...
Symptom of block is one is discoloring inside filter, secondly engine starting and running becomes difficult.....there is a vent tube in the Petrol tank , a return path for excess fuel, and if it gets blocked also the same syptoms will be shown, only that the Pump will fail soon....
The ZMA R to be released is only cosmetic change
The ZMR is confirmed as 250cc and test runs have been done upto 150Kmph....no other information is available...

AFAIK, the ZMR has skinny tires and i don't think its going to be a 250cc some wrong info probably.. besides.. the bike doesn't sport a Liquid cooler.. I can see a vertical Oil Cooler in one of the images posted..

also the engine from the side seems to be similar to the current Engine.. I do have a feel that the engine will be refreshed to a 223cc with 19 to 21 ps power..

I don't want to expect too much at the moment.. as I am not gonna go for it anyhow..

Thank you for the knowledge you put on light for me and the others here about the fuel filter.. it is indeed a great opportunity to have met such a knowledgeable person

            This is definitely a 110/90(80)-18(17)

if the below are a direct fit from the new ZMR to current ZMR, i am getting it done..

            Chain Sprockets
Swingarm to support 110 without having any issues
            chain Guard
Handlebars if they suit on our current models..

depending on whatelse is a direct fit

Looks like the mods would be direct fit. Removal of the chain-guard tops my list, followed by wider tyres. These are what I want.
However, a wider seat is something I need. My hamstrings are extremely developed and a mismatch for the OEM seat. The sponge-filled seat pushes my hamstrings constantly, making long rides challenging for me. Muscle pulls are nasty on bigger muscles and those are quite difficult to manage during rides. I never had the problem with my bullet which has a very low and wide rider seat.

I guess flattening the rider seat should resolve the issue. Something close to what Hayabusa has.

Anyone else with a similar issue?

It happens with me too sometimes..

Sometimes the engine feels harsh and sometimes its butter smooth..

The engine feels harsh probably because we didnt allow it to idle properly after a cold start..

It is due to the quality of fuel, oil & lastly the sudden changes in the atmospheric conditions also changes the bikes engine behaviour

that new model doesn't look as bad as some of us been thinking, best in white. just the rear end is awful. plus none of this would be appealing if the engine has recieved only minor tweaks. a great bump in the power is required

Fairing is not a direct fit. Nor the visor. Only the chain guard?

But it can be done rite. People hav fit r15 fairing on pulsars!! And this has to be bit easier. Tank is the same. Guessing the welding joints to be at the same position, only that has to be untouched. Everything else has to be changed. Head light assy, joining rods, etc. But I don't wanna go for any change. I like my zmr headlights!! So looking forward for the chain guard. That's the only thing that's compatible I guess.
