The exhaust note is also different. May be a redesigned silencer.

they replaced 223cc Raw Power with 20BHP Raw Power.. but we still don't know at what RPM..

what is the expected top end?? any guesses?? I am sure they meddled around with sprocketing as well.. if it is good enough.. I will get the sprockets changed.. and do you think it is possible for us to get our Beauties to 20bhp of RAW power?

I'm not meddling with my bike. At least for now. May tinker after a year or two. ZMR V2 may do 135-137 kmph true speed. I wish speedo has some error at least. 5-7% error would mean it would show ~145.

Well.. i doubt the zmr speedo will have thT much error percentage.. atleast am sure if we use the pulsars speedo.. our bikes will easily do 140ish

I think the new zmr will produce max power at 8500+ RPM and will be a hooligan.
A true top speed of 140+ with RPM touching 9000 looks realistic considering that the power has been increased by almost 2.5bhp and torque by 1.3 Nm.

It is really amazing to know that hero has managed to squeeze more power than torque from an undersquare engine....

what all options do we have to increase the power output of our zmr to match it with new zmr??
as the engine is same so do we need to alter the bore:stroke ratio?? or what?

Same for me.. i wanna know.. though i am not into it 100%.. i would love to do it in future as a rebuild.. maybe after completing 100000

We will all know the true figures only when the bike comes out...if it is true that ZMA/ZMR makes 20 Bhp then a true 145 is possible, and bike will touch and go past Red line at the 5th gear...but all of this is wishful thinking so, let us wait for the bike......

The CC and power figure for both ZMA/ZMR are the same NOW....and looking at the engine of ZMA it looks same as before....so whether it is 4 valves per cylinder or increased compression, it must be possible for an upgrade for older engines, with newer parts ....but let us wait and see what is the improvement..
