      [MENTION=53321]abhi7013[/MENTION] here are the pics, fit the projector the way [MENTION=27501]rreneav1987[/MENTION] mentioned, check the beam at night incase you face a problem with the beam even then, then check the bulbs placement..

            Nope, no other light inside... I sourced mine from dx.com

            I have however bought a couple from him recently because of the availability of 4300k bulbs and have faced no issues so far

            Edit: had changes the angel eye though (shree scooter house) as the original one got damaged while fixing

                Well, you can see the projection inside the lens that i was talking about. Its near my thumb in the pic. And snehit bhai, your projector has one too! It is opposite the side where the two portions of the angel eyes meet. I guess it is to stop the beam from blinding the traffic and hence should be placed on top while assembling.

                  [MENTION=53321]abhi7013[/MENTION], In ur earlier query I was confused as to the porjection being inside the projector. Wat your pointing out in the pic is an absolute must for projectors to prevent the circular beam from hitting upwards, I was just going around to find some dark spot to click a beam pic for your reference unfortunately couldn't find any place that's not lit up

                  P.S if you notice it, when you align the angel eye endpoints towards the bottom the alleged projection comes egjacktly on top. That's the correct alignment and projection, so don't worry.

                    LOL! Projection was the only word that i could come up with for that. I knew that it had a reason to be there but i was confused with the position in which it had to placed! Getting it fixed tomorrow. Could you guide me with the spray paint to be used? And have you painted the projector surface too?

                        I am from Mumbai,I have following and reading most of the posts on this Read, was just wondering why dont we All Zmr owners meet for Small/Big ride
                        what say people need reponse !!!
                        Though not this week being Diwali may be some time later lets Catch up,
                        or may be there is some other thread, where all Zmr guys meet do let me know

                                Well.. If I had smoked the entire headlight.. It wouldn't have looked different from the other ZMRs and people wouldn't have noticed to ask me why I didn't smoke the entire reflector just as you asked

                                also I wanted the parking light to be bright as well.. hence I didn't smoke it
