Bro can you please post pic of your headlight? A close view of the projector.Originally posted by snehithpereira View PostYou've got a PM
Also there is a kind of projection inside the lens due to which the light beam is blocked at one side. During assembly, this projection thingy should be kept in mind rite? How should it be placed? At the top, or towards the right so that it does not blind the traffic?

will upload pics asap. I think by projection thingy you mean the metal solenoid inside, well thats used to change focus for high and low beam and shouldn't be the cause for any kind of obstruction.
Did you place the bulb correctly, have a closer look at the holder and you will see there are grooves, make sure the bulb is slotted in correctly.
About placement of the projector just make sure that the ends of the angel eyes are perpendicular to the bottom reflector (stock one)____________________

loosen the projector a little, turn the projector till you get the beam focussing straight without any disturbance.. It should work fine

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
I've not yet fit it in the bike. I had just switched it on in the shop and there I saw that the beam was not spreading evenly. Meaning, at one particular side, there was no beam throw. On enquiring, the shop guy showed me four more projectors with the same feAture and said that it was common. Hope am able to convey. Rite now in college so I not able to take a pic.

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
A rather poor pic but thats the best I could do. The tick mark is where the beam is spreading. And the cross mark is where its not. Clearly, it was built so cause the mark of seperation for both the areas is a perfectly straight line. This was how the beam spread looked when it was focused on the wall.
Snehit- no bro am not referring to the solenoid. This is different

is it a complete angel eye (like the BMWs) or does it have a little gap??
If it is a complete circle without any gap.. then you will have adjust it according to where the light spread is better.. check both the high beam and the low beam.. if possible, click a pic when the projector is on with the Angel eye and then a pic of the beam hitting the wall to have a better picture of the issue..Splendor - 2k to 2006
