Ok, until Raghav surprised me with the 120 mm thingy, I thought 110 was the max. But won't 120 bog down the initial pull of our bikes? Isn't it an overkill?

120 doesnt require cutting of chain guard??

That's what the bugger said. I thought it requires a cut, but he says otherwise. I'd anyday stay with 110 mm at max as it looks neither too beefy nor too thin and also it doesn't bog down the engine a lot.

                      Hi Guys!

Took delivery of the bike today!
                      Black colour.

He is yet to give me the manual. In the mean time can you tell me the run-in specifications.

                      1. Which speed to maintain.
                      2. For how long or for how many kms should the above speed limit be maintained.

Everything is great! However I am finding it a bit difficult to get it into Neutral- any suggestions.
                      I am newbie biker.

                      Thanks in advance!

Its a perfect straight fit mate... It looks too much wide before the fitting but once it is mounted on the rim, it looks perfect round shape.. kinda bald racing tyres.. I am at home for diwali now, will upload the pics once I am back to Jaipur. And one more thing, tyre will cost you just 2300 bucks, if you bargain a little you can get it for 2150 too.. Reneav and divya.. do visit a MRF showroom and get this tyre mate.. they are simply awesome.. perfect for karizma..

                              Run in period?

                              1. Every cold start, let the engine idle for a minute.. (not only during run in but always)

                              2. Dont go beyond 4000 Rpm and dont gove wide opem throttle..

                              3. Run in period is usually 1000kms but i did a run in period of 1500kms..

Ride safe and fly low all the best

Mighty impressed with my bike's mileage, had been to dudhsagar sagar/goa with a few fellow Bhpians did the entire return leg of goa-karwar-yellapur-hubli-blr (656 kms) in a single tank of fuel fuelled up only on reaching end of nice road at bangalore. Got an overall mileage of close to 56 for the entire trip with some serious ripping on few stretches

These are the best figures I have got till date, keeping in mind the aggressive riding
