Should be 35w. 55w would kill the (stock) battery in no time.
Mind sharing the price? If not here, PM me.

Also, click some pics of both beams at night.
Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Did you buy a different ballast or are you using the old hid's ballast?

The bulb is 35w only as they don't have stock for d2s connectors 55w, so don't worry

Divya Sharan- it costed me 1650/- for the projector and bulb. The ballast costs 400 extra. I did not buy it. Sorry bro I did not see your query at first.
snehithpereira- no ballast bro. Just the projector and bulb. Is yours 6000k?

Have installed ceat vertigo 120 rear tyre. Its a direct fit, no need to cut chain cover and ride quality has improved drastically.

Its a 120/80 18" tubeless tyre. Ceat verigo bought it for 2200. The guy ar hero service centre told me it wont fit. Had got it installed from a local mechanic insisted on installing it without any damage to the chain cover. Since then havnt had any problems whatsoever, cornering is a cakewalk. Love the ride quality.

Today while I was riding back from udupi to bangalore, my rvm again decided to be a PITA, tried tightening it but to no good effect, it started swinging again, about a month back because of this same issue I had replaced my mirrors, this is my seventh change since I bought my bike

I have now decided to remove both my mirrors and fix new mirrors on the provision given on the handlebar. I wanted to know if anyone here has tried this, any cons? Also which bikes mirrors would be the best fit (aesthetics POV)

My friend did this on his zmr.. the karizma one will fit..

I dont face this issue nor i did til now.. yes it loosens.. but once a while.. if i tighten it.. it stays tight.. unless some idiot tried to fold it.. but they are suppose to be foldable.. that is big defect from hero.. since we are indiams we adjust to it.. wanna know if we can use fazer, r15, or the cbr twins RVM on our zmrs..

Anyone have any idea??

Hi,
Got the bike serviced (1st servicing) today. Had heard of pretty long queues here @ the Brijmohan Hero S.C. in Guwahati. So, got out from my house @ 6.30 am. Despite this, I was only 12th on the list. Also, got saved from another incident today. This one was definitely not my fault. I stopped at a stretch in between my home & the S.C. A lady driver was turning from the opp. side of the divider & seemed to be headed straight towards me. It was until she was aound 2 feet away from my bike & turning that I yelled as loud as I could. By God's grace, she stopped just 1-2mm from my right side fairing. wtf. Now, I've added lady drivers to my list of to-be-aware vehicles.
On the flipside, the bike has become much more free than before. The engine stress seems to be less. Might be due to all those small metal pieces going out of the engine.
Also, wanted to know if a K&N Filter & NGK spark plug are worth it? Anyone please. I'll upgrade only if it provides a significant improvement. If it doesn't, then won't waste my money on these now. ARE THEY WORTH IT?
Not perfect- Forever Forgiven..

Guys, look at the pic below. My old mech had fit a different nut in place of the old nuts. It has a big groove for the allen key, so slipping of the allen key while tightening/loosening does not happen. And never faced issue of loose mirrors since then.

Had Simota for about 12k kms. Acceleration had increased so much that i could smoke p220s with ease. Divya Sharan had ridden it too. Mileage drops a bit. Had faced heating issues and even now, after removal of the filter, am facing the same issue. So the filter was fine. It had no side effects on my bike. The reason why am telling this is cause my bike is running as smoothly as it had run when the bike was new. So i guess the filter has not effected it much.
And remember. Do not go for any other brands apart from cosworth or simota. Cause others have bigger holes to allow more air flow and hence increase in pick up. but over time, these holes become large and allow dust inside the cylinder. And no filter filters as good as the stock filter.
