      • Yep they will bend the chassis in all probability. The crash guards on the P220 acts like a car's crumple zone i.e absorbing most of the impact and deforming itself rather than transferring it to the chassis.

          +1 ..... really true... once my foot came in between crash guard and a wall .......foot crushed ( badly scraped) ... and crash guard bent inwards... .... so i never trusted crash guard from then on....

            see buddy the air filter will only hamper ur fuel economy in a long range.. seriously .... coz u don feel like riding slow with the roaring sound and the marginal increase in pickup..if u can feel it that is..if ur from blore, ive seen cops catching any signs of the filter sound even a mile away too... this is not to dishearten u...but i feel u can rather invest the money elsewhere on any other visual upgrade..moreover , i dono if u have read the line on the performance filter package box..               • i got my bike spray painted in scratched part.. Cost 100 bucks.. One cannot make out from far.. One has to see closey to find the oddness..

                    • Guys, i changed the front sprocket to 15 teeth on my 220.
                      And the difference is very significant. The top end has definitely changed. The 5th gear performance is now on the fourth gear. The fifth gear is a power boost!!
                      The top end rush is very good! I am happy with it.

                          hmm.. never had a big crash till date. all minor ones. but still i find our crash guard to be very effective. i mean it has always done its job of protecting the bike and my legs to some extent.

                          where did u get the 15T front sprocket? i searched a lot for it. never found it. also was it a direct fit or some Jugaad?

                            • Motul 300V users out there, i have a question to u all. How many kilometers is your oil lasting under very hard ripping conditions? Mine lasted 3000kms this time
                              Under mixed style driving it lasts for about 4.5-5.5k kms for me.

                                i just fell and crash guard got bent... and i bent it back with my own hand!
                                is it supposed to be so weak? i mean , the single rod leg guard on my samurai is way stronger than this..
