About the spark plugs, if you are using stock ones then they definitely need a change past the 10K mark. Otherwise they are usually cleaned at every service, so it might not necessarily be a issue with them.
If the fuel pump malfunctions, either the bike won't start or even if it does, it will be gasping to move ahead. So its not an issue with the pump. Ditto for the clutch plates, they would be pretty at 6.4K kms, unless you are in wheelies and hard drags etc.
I am guessing that you are more or less a sedate rider, so at 6.4K the balancer shaft should not have gone out of balance. (Mine is still fine at 24K)
LHS footpeg vibes are usually associated with a dry/slack/overtight chain, inspect your chain to see if its lubed and has the correct amount of slackness.
