  • what would be better Motul spray [off-road or road ??] or OKS spray ???

    the motul spray is specially for o-ring chains but on oks can it says "neutral to o-rings" so it means its ok for o-rings but its not its speciality .

    • it is all the same... depends on how you market the product. Check the specification details for the Motul chain lube (road) on their website... read the points and it reads "No action on seals"... OKS says "Neutral to O Rings".

          here is one of the pics shot for the Bajaj print commercials. Cannot provide a Hi-Res one since its property of Bajaj Auto. Posting this simply for a more clear image...

          Yes aryan, knee down is possible on the 200.

          • Awesome pics. P200 is more sharper around the corners but feels slightly light as compared to the P220. But all in all, both are very good handling machines.

              I have been using Motul for some time now and its really good , i use the street lube and the chain clean, the chain properly lubed with motul in normal city conditions easily lasts for 1K kms . and its really stcky too. so no mess on mags !

              @speedin angel : nice pic there !
              Aprilia RS 125 or Honda CB400 Vtec ..... which one will it be ??? I think its gonna be NINJA ZX 6R :-)

                Yep, you said it. Exactly the same feeling that I get on a P200 Vs P220

                  Yes, but not light enough around the Us. It best around the ghat sections, but when it reaches the hills, the RTRs and the R15s feel light, lovely and nimble to corner.

                  • Got a problem, sort of! I think chetanpulsar was correct, after the 'red' oil that I got put into the bike it does feel little bit harsher than the original golden colour oil. I called up PBK and they'll revert back after confirming from Pune about the default/original oil's make. I may need to get the oil changed again before 1st service . Earlier the bike used to feel stress free or, how do I put it, without the noticeable harshness there is now around 60-65km/hr.

                    Can anyone confirm what brand is the original oil? Also, if I buy a new can would it have 1150ml of the required refill or would I need to purchase 2 cans?

                        I will try to confirm the same with PBK here in Pune. I am visiting them tomorrow for a wash.
                        Yes, you will have to buy two cans of oil and hence it is recommended that you stay with PBK oil till the second service. After that you can switch to semi synth for the next 10K kilometers and fully synth after that.

                          You need to visit PBK for a better analysis. Tappets will not sound thud thud but tick tick.
                          It is possible that something may be wrong with the clutch or some loose bolt/nut.
