6 yrs warranty ?!!!! are you kidding mE ?! what are the terms & conditions for this warranty?

I find that tires generally start losing their structural 'stability' after around 4-5yrs (when lets assume mileage during this period is 20-30k km for a front tire) - i have noticed they wobble and cause 'flapping' of handle bar at certain speeds and especially felt when u take one hand off the handle bar.

Now my ZMA is 6 months and 6k old, had a long tour also. All is well except cold starting problem. Even left for only 1 hr after ride, I have to use choke again for starting and it takes few kms to warm up engine and to get idle speed every time. It feels that there is no petrol and bike jerks for few kms, after some time it normalize.

I checked this prob with SC but they say it is normal, though once they adjusted AFR setting in second service after reporting this problem but still it persists. What could be the reason?
Since its factory tuned, it would be best to go with the rule of thumb that the proper AFR setting for a CV carb is 3~3.5 Turns. Just set it at 3.5 Turns and then forget about it, if you keep on tweaking it then be warned that there will be excess clearance and you will eventually develop an air leak.

oh, but then how will this fit in the bulb holder. I think these pins are to just hold the bulb in place firmly; so can we just force and fit them in the holder?

Normally these offset are provided for polarity. Normally they use this silver holder part for stop lamps also were you have polarity. For indicators no worries..so you can just push it. But be cautious not to damage the socket if in case you want to revert you need it.

But I doubt intermittent of ligt may vary when using LED lamps. Update about this after you fix.

Thanks for pointing it Sriram. It is my signature.. I did this after my very 1st post in Xbhp. Don't know what made you to suggest this.

I failed to make you understand my post. Ok, let me try again, by adding your signature to the signature field of your personal settings, it automatically populates whenever you post in xbhp and don't need to type or copy the signature literally. Hope I'm clear here.

Feeling experimental? Get rid of the bottom part and then separate both sides with a any non conductive material such that they resembled the stock bulb, now plug it in and turn on, if it does'nt then turn off, remove and try the other way around, it should work.
