    Thanks Divya bhai.

Removed intake snorkel from airbox. It was tightly fixed with glue. Now bike sounds like duke 200. Will see a week later if this really helps at high altitude.

After removing intake snorkel strangely my fuel efficiency got down. I filled 100 Rs petrol ( 1.36 lt) just after coming in reserve and I rode only 36km when again bike came in reserve. Means average of 26km/lt.

Are those prices for all 4 services including oil ?? If so, that's dirt cheap (provided they do a proper service!).

But if it's 930 per service including oil (assume oil mrp @ 300rs.) , then the labor alone is Rs600 per service? That's pretty steep! Does it include any periodic parts?

The chart is confusing, 1159 is cost of card (amc) which will give you 4 paid services 5% discount on oil and 10% discount on additional labour and is valid for one year.

Indeed is confusing.. I was checking it on their website.
They mention 30% off on regular service labor
                  5 % off on oil
                  10% off on additional repairs.

So you pay upfront 1159 (for a zma), and then pay the discounted rates during service.. so what do the savings (if any) add up to ?

You pay 1159 upfront and u get a card similar to goodlife card, which will get you 4 paid services you won't have to pay labour charges. Plus 5% discount on oil and 10% discount on additional labour charges. 30% advertised is actual cost of 4 services against amc cost which includes 4 services

Hello everyone. I am from assam and recently took delivery of a black karizma made in 2016. The new model by ebr. I also have a r15 v2 2013. I was on a tight budget and needed something where two people can cruise easily. Being big built person 6.2 height new karizma became the choice. Bike is all good except vibrations around 4k rpm. Need to live with it. I know you will be shocked to realise that people still buying this bike. Hope to have some good time here. After going through the thread i have come to know that need to start stocking common spares beforehand. Also haven't seen anyone with a new 2016 zma here. Am i the onlyone?☺

Ever since i removed intake snorkel from air box, performance has slightly improved in each gear along with fuel economy. Today in 1.37 litres i rode 59 km (80-100kmph), means average of 43kmpl (reserve to reserve method).

Last FE I reported was false due to particular cheat petrol pump. Today i filled from reputed pump.

Congrats on your new steed. Did you get any major discount? Hero stopped production of new karizma. EBR zma have very painful "missing/jerking" issue along with severe vibrations.

Its a great motorcycle, especially for touring,
Only problem will be finding spare parts.
                            Safe ride.
                            Cheers.

Yes ankit ji got some discounts. And there is vibration but luckily i haven't noticed any mifires. Front visor vibrates and rear seat also makes noise. I fixed it though. I will be servicing the bike at home only. Kinda though for me to get a leave and go to service centre. By the way whats the AFR screw settings for ebr zma? Haven't fiddled with a carburetor since my yammy gladiator days. All vehicles i own are just love at fist sight. The day i saw a fiat punto i brought it home.i was in market for a car during that period. Same thing happened with r15 and now the zma. Cannot help it. I will try to live with all the niggles. Also hope that spares parts dont get very rare as its popular motorcycle once and some parts it shares with smaller siblings right? I will be needing your support in this regard. I have seen so many experienced and knowledgeable members here in this thread. Kudos to the community.
