I am no expert but you may check idle rpm adjust, check clutch and throttle cable free play. Otherwise it may be just the torque that is pulling like when you put your idle mixure too rich.

Out of curiosity i opened my carb today.its a 2016 model.it has a 35 size pilot jet and 122 main jet.somewhere i read that hero sold only one karizma r in 2016. Maybe that was mine.
Did you get Ceat tires with the 2016 karizma ?

Strangely on the website hero is advertising Karizma/ZMR both with Ceat tyres but the real thing comes with MRF.

If in the morning when you fully pull in the clutch lever and engage gear and you get a slight forward pull, it means the clutch plates are sticking, check your clutch lever free play is 5mm., or you have either old /or a thicker oil, ..

The older Karizma Keihin carburetor came with 125 main Jet and 35 Pilot/idle jet.

When altitude increases what size jet will be requird? I am thinking about 115 main will be sufficient.should i decrease the size of pilot jet too?

After 9000ft you fill not be able to cross 4500 rpm in any gear in stock karizma because as soon as circuit comes to main jet it will start missing due to over rich afr. No matter how much throttle you twist, it will not cross above 4500 rpm.

For overall performance IMO 115 will be good, coz after 4000 ft for every 1000 ft 1 size down is recommended in keihin carb.
psr sir correct me if wrong.

No coz till 1/4 throttle i.e. till 1200-4000 rpm pilot circuit works and during my ladakh ride i didn't face any issues anywhere till 4000 rpm.

No issues at all after putting wire in main jet. Just get your filter cleaned or replace (if carrying) after reaching leh. It will help a lot. Also lubricate your chain every 300 kms in ladakh.

Yes i installed leg guard just after purchase of bike after removing engine cowl.
