      That’s correct.
If your zma is a 2009-2011 model, I think you will get around 48 to 50 on highways and 35 plus in city with proper tuning.

Mine is a 2011 model... I used tp get around 31 kmpl in cities and 34-35 kmpl in highways. I believe there should not be so much difference also. Plus i dont ride below 60 kph for mileage sake. Karizma is a happy bike anywhere between 4000-6000 rpm. So its usually on the higher end of rpm while riding for me.

The city average of Karizma varies from 30~33 depending upon the traffic and the many stop and go...On highway normal average is 40~45 depending upon the speed ..any speed over 90 Kmph reduces FE .

Mine was running ultra lean, so probably because of that I used to get more.

It is normal. In city, every second you spend in traffic consumes fuel where as on highway, no fuel is being wasted. Every drop burned add to distance travelled. Same is the case with any vehicle.

Told you already right. Spark plug.
My carb screws were stuck and lost threading so my bike never crossed 110. I couldn’t tune it too.

                          Yes, if you ride aggressively.
I am a torque rider, so I think I got good service.

It returns a mileage around 45-50kmpl without pillion in highways and a very low mileage around 30kmpl in average traffic. I usually upshift at 3000 rpm in traffic and at 4000 rpm at Highways. Any ways to increase city mileage?
30-32 is good city FE, if your city has reasonable traffic conditions.

My zma needs choke in morning to start. After riding some km, the idle rpm is 1900. If I turn off the engine and start it again after few minutes, the rpm will be around 1600. I don't think this is the normal rpm. What could be wrong with my bike?. Also the handlebars and mirrors vibrates a lot when idling. Any idea?

Choke is required most of the time in starting zma.
Your difference in rpm 1900 and 1600 is normal
as when engine is hot,it gives a more power output as compared to cooled one
Your idle rpm should be 1200 rpm
Ride for 10-15 minutes and then set to 1200rpm
i hope you know how to set idle rpm in zma
if dont tell me,i wil help you

Regarding handlebar vibrations ,you need to check all the joints, screws are fitted properly
and theres no breakage in any of body parts
and if vibrates only during cold start idling ,again its normal
it tend to happen with most of the bikes.
