Om1234 - bhaiyya!!!! Kahan se ho yaar tum??? 😂😂😂(Just kidding). Its good to see lot of questions from your end but at the same time gives a picture of a bike with endless problems.

With regards to o-ring or dry chain sprockets as advised to me, the rear sprocket of p220 and the chain will fit the karizma but you have to retain the front sprocket. Please note that this will alter the gear ratios as p220 has 36 teeth at the rear sprocket as against 40 ya 42 on the karizma. You might lose them acceleration a little bit. I am gonna try this cause i have lost the chain cover and its difficult to source one.

What do you mean by make the sound more thin?

Engine makes one sound. Thud thud thud thud. Like this. If you hear metal screeching sound between these thud thud sounds, it’s caused by rocker arms.

This noise is very low. You won’t notice unless you’re in a calm place. Rocker arms don’t reduce any vibration. But if they are worn out completely, they could cause issues.

@ajextreme, Is there a possibility of chain and sprockets of the new Karizma twins (the last updated ZMA and ZMR) a direct fit for our models?
How about Unicorn's and Hornet's?

Not the ebr model zma or zmr unfortunately. No idea about the unicorn or the hornet. Again let me confirm, i am saying this all based on what i have been advised. I have no real experience trying out the combinations of different bikes on zma.
Mostly the issue will be getting a 14 teeth front sprocket which will fit groove of the chain drive. Rear i guess some jugaad can be done. And most likely the chain length will come into play - being short. So extra linkages might be required.

But if you can source the front sprocket of karizma itself, then possibilities are many i believe to convert to a dry/o-ring chain.

Thanks for the pointers ajextreme. I will keep doing some research on this topic and whenever I have some credible info, I will update here.

My cousins bike was crashed by his friend.I am rebuilding it.

Did not find battery box anywhere so got one fabricated.

If I give them the old one won't they make one or do we have to give specific measurements? And what grade/thickness metal to be used ?
