what if it is not able to get retuned properly
    due to lines
and it would cost me 6500 for a new one
Looking at the picture I can't see any damage.

This is a double sided tape. Both the sides are sticky. Remove the visor, stick the tape along the 'V' on the base, put the visor back in position and screw the screws in. The concept is that since the ds tape adheres to the fiber base as welk as the visor, vibes will be minimal. I don't have a pic of the ds tape on my bike since I haven't done it yet.

the intake manifold plastic/rubber is cracked/broken could cause the bike to run/idle like crap.
the adjustment screw on carb seems to have some wear (probably been fiddled around a few times during a service)

Idling is the state in which the bike stays in neutral once switched on (1200-1500 revs).
An acceptable air fuel ratio is generally obtained betwen 3 and 3.5 turns on a ZMA.

Please go through the whole thread. You will definitely get your answers. Your original q was only about the afr screw. What do you really want to know?

Obviously you need to change intake manifold rubber boot if its cracked. Regarding AFR screw, ask any experienced mechanic to open and clean carb. It will be easier to check screw whether it is jammed, after removing carb.

Try ASC. They can get it even if it is not readily available.
