Duke 200 - 43T Old, new not compatible due to being 6 point.

The ZMA is .520 pitch and has 4 mount points.

Personal take would be to leave the ZMA as it is, though stock might suck on the open highways it is perfect for mixed use as the ZMA triumphs over competition for its versatility on mixed terrains.

And the key to covering more distance on the highways it by maintaining better average speeds than top speeds, as I tell my boys

My goal is not to go full throttle all the time, but to cruze at 90/100 km speed at lower rpm. I was cruzing at 90 exactly on 6.1k rpm with my old completly weared off front sprocket, then i use little bit used but good condition chain sprocket of a zmr, and now im cruzing at 90 on 5.6k rpm. My goal is to atleast cruz on 90 km/hr with less tha 5.5k rpm or 100km/hr with same 6k rpm

Bigger front sprocket or smaller rear sprocket would result in higher speed for the same engine rpm.
    Still i insist that
Stock gearing is best. You will find that if you gear it taller, with a bigger front sprocket or smaller rear, it will no longer pull top speed in top gear. You may be able to reach top speed but what's the point, You lose launch capability because your first gear is now too tall. The subjective impression that it is revving too high in top gear is just a bias on your part. Get used to it. The engine is designed for it.
Or upgrade to a better machine.
Rest if you want calculate your best figures go here

What is the factory-suggested fork oil capacity for Karizma R 2011 model? Is it 150ml or 165ml?
