Re: Karizma/Karizma R Ownership Experience
If upgrading to 55/60 H/L , use a relay.
All halogen bulbs give out heat. Reflector might get a burn mark. But in my opinion, the gain outweighs the burnmark.
A battery upgrade is a good idea if you are going in for a H/L upgrade.
Pilot lights can be changed to LEDs.
Indicators can be changed to LEDs, but with a different flasher.
Tail lights can be changed to LEDs.
With these changes the electricals won't be strained.sigpic

I went to showroom and they said one side of fairing will cost 2400. So it will be around 5300+ for the three pieces. I think it is really overpriced.Originally posted by Om1234 View Postdont go for local body parts, they will not fit in properly ,leaving various gaps ,which would further increase the vibration and would break in no time.

Yes they are over priced but worth it if you take care of you bike in future with new parts, understand that production is stopped yet you are getting the stock, its better to have something than nothing. Original parts finsh and quality are great. Go for it! its a one time investment.Originally posted by rydergeorge View PostI went to showroom and they said one side of fairing will cost 2400. If you want ,you can remove the visor and fit in other headlights, many seniors did that.
You can use Fz-s,200ns,fz25 headlight as an option. It works pretty well, google it and you would find them.
Also you can fit the original karizma headlight, with help of some mods.

Re: Karizma/Karizma R Ownership Experience
It could be, but dont worry, no one will charge penalty for that, as long as you keep headlights and indicators and all other functionality in working condition on bike and dont ride recklessOriginally posted by rydergeorge View PostIs it legal to use visor of another motorcycle?

frankly speaking according to rules its illegalOriginally posted by rydergeorge View PostIs it legal to use visor of another motorcycle?
according to law Any modification to viechel rather than stock and that changes the identity of viechel is illegal, all depends on your rto ,how strict they are,at my place it easily works.
and yes like abhi303 set, having proper light and indicators ,you can go on.

As far as i remember, there are more than 5 pieces. The whole kit used to cost around 8K.
Left panel, right panel, Center Panel, Headlight Assembly, Upper Visor panel. and few other internal bits and pieces. How come only 3?

Bro, dont buy this, this is not projector, it is just a china led bulb with a glass lense on it, you cant see anything on road and it blinds oncomning traffic. For which bike you want projectors??Originally posted by rydergeorge View PostAllExtreme Motorcycle Projector lamp Headlight with Blue heart Rings Stylish Dual Ring and Angel Eye COB LED for all Bikes(Blue and white) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0716G3H5C/..._fXtGAbH4Z7SBZ

Re: Karizma/Karizma R Ownership Experience
Ok, no matter which bike it is, but if you want projectors then install projectors, not china led bulbs. The link which you mentioned are not projectors, they just look like projectors but they dont have any projector bowls, if you really need projectors then buy something like morimoto or hella 60mm peojectors.Originally posted by rydergeorge View PostKarizma r v1
You can also buy second hand pulsar 220f or rs200 projectors and put angel aye on it and fit in karizma.
