Thank you sir for all your suggestions.
Regarding the Head Lamps, what are the stator coils ?
And can you put some light on why ZMR clip-ons are not advisable and only mineral should be used after such long period of engine usage ?

GOOD...then also do the twin hole + washer under needle mod......You will be amazed at the bike's response...now I am looking for something more ..

It is the stationery coils which produces the voltage and current required by the bike electricals..it is on the gear shifter side and sits inside the left cover. If it has shorting turns then the Voltage produced will be less and hence low headlight power...I am assuming your headlight reflector is good and not faded.
And can you put some light on why ZMR clip-ons are not advisable
Clipons tend to get damaged easily if you drop the bike...the fixing screws will loose their thread and the clip on will break...imagine you drop the bike in rain or slippery condition while returning from a long trip..on a highway...your bike may otherwise be ok but because of broken handle bars you cannot ride home... Just my thought.
and only mineral should be used after such long period of engine usage
Synthetic oils have controlled smaller molecules and in an old engine due to wear the tolerance of gap is likely to be more than normal..this will let the oil to go past the gaps and may lead to leaks
          ?

First download the ZMA manual and go through it to understand the parts .Aneesh@4Ghz Signature has the Link to the ZMA Manual.
              Good luck to your DIY.

My bike starts with one push of the starter...
Set idle rpm when hot to 1700..
And turn AFR as directed by psr sir(4 turns thingi)... Cold starting is a piece of cake...

Happy to know it works...your FE may become lower..you can try turning half a turn CLOCKWISE if you are worried about FE..set hot temperature idle to 1,300 or 1,400 RPM.......1,700 is very high and will lower FE..and cause heating when idling.

                      3-Sometimes double feedback (3 times in 10tries)
                      4-Mostly double feedback (5 times in 10tries)
5-Sometimes double feedback (2 times in 10tries), And sometimes uber smooth without even hearing the kachack sound.

Ashwin the difference in RPM between cold and hot shows the mix adjustment..A lean mix will give higher difference while a rich AFR mix will give less difference...

                            • Sir what is the acceptable difference between hot and cold idle rpms?

The max difference will be 300RPM at an ambient temp. of 27 to 30 C.....the ambient also plays an important role in the difference...a colder place keeps the cylinder at a much lower temperature ,at start, and so the Petrol vaporization will be poor, as the engine gets hot the heat helps the Vapourization process, and so higher RPM as the engine becomes more efficient.
Most important to read the plug and set AFR for light tan color before adjusting the cold and hot RPMs.
