    I have a Karizma R 2009 feb model.

My bike has clocked 21100+ kms and my tires have become slippery.....I feel the need to replace both of my tyres.

Please suggest me which tyres should I go for and which brands ?

    Thanks.
Hi bro,let us know what is your riding terrain! I mean you ride highways, city or offroading? and what about the budget,Guess budget is not a problem!

Is there any problem about SIRAC tyres ? ...I found out that these too are made by Michelin.

and thanks again for the tyre list.....I will be changing in the next 3-4 days...

Aneesh's also got a HUNK in his custody that belongs to a friend and they'r also using SIRAC, and yeah they'r made by Michelin. I believe its good for off roading. Cause it has a retard thread pattern as seen on motocross bike and the thread blocks are the thickest I've seen, also keeping in mind the fact that I've never seen them out the box, I'd say they last long, if you want the exact kms run on SIRAC ask Aneesh he'll know.

And call me "bro" is enough bro.

      • Hello Sir !

Budget is not a problem at all.....I need the best for my bike coz I love it !!!

I stay in Pune and I drive everyday 22 kms and back as I go to college.

I drive mostly in City and some road patches are really bad with potholes.....So the riding is mostly on City Concrete roads.....Though I sometimes make a trip of 200km+ once in around 2 months or so....

If anyone in Pune can someone also tell me a good place to service my bike.

        Thanks for replies sir.

Hm... Then get the Sirac 100/90-18 for rear and you can try Sirac Street 2.75 * 18 on front.

And please,I am an 18 Year old boy,so don't call me sir again!

Iridium plug is mostly used for high speed and high temperature engines. It's advantages are, long life ,and ability to fire with lower Voltage.
The stock Kaizma wire is non resistive or Inductive...It is a straight through plain high tension cable with good Insulation..Replacing it with inductive or Resistive wires will REDUCE THE spark Plug Firing Voltage.

But, I do not want to risk it, but leave it to the specialists. My bike is due for service and will let you know if the Service centre could resolve the issue.
If someone has any solution, do post it.
Yes, my bike had the similar problem. The carb. was clogged with some water in it. Got it removed and cleaned in front of me. The problem is resolved almost 100%.
                      Cheers.

Why not get your bike joel'd ? I can understand you crave for more speed. Joel can transform your bike into a new age racing engine. With big bore kit and FFE low decibel pipe, you bike will revv hard. If I ride at 110-120, you'll wave hand past me at 135-140 easily. Think!

Amit, welcome to the club of "AFR-screwless-guys" I have not had that screw since day one, which is about 4-5 months ago. And still havent been able to get one from Sai service center or Niki motors, doubt if they'll ever get it. Successfully running the bike using an ordinary nut and bolt. My mechanic did it for me, though changing the lean/richness isnt that easy as a OE screw. Get your bike to a two wheeler mech, and ask him to fix a screw/bolt and tune as per your liking.
