    1. Try to put your thoughts in simple words and use spell check.
    2. Multi-quote your posts to answer many replies to your clarification/question. (many times seeing your reply to each of others post separately almost at the same time.)
    3. Use search option on this forum to find out your clarification if already discussed.

      • Follow Aswin Sound technique, might help. He has defined sounds to a problem areas. Chill Chill is definitely in his list.

        If you don't find any abnormality or resulting poor performance, why bother/worry?

            • The STOCK AFR setting for Karizma till 2011 is 3.5 turns and from 2011 it is 2.5 turns..
              While the former gives better off the block acceleration and less engine heat, for the sake of mileage HH had made it 2.5 turns later.This leads to higher engine heat and poor acceleration...
              But the strange things is with 3.5 turns the mileage drop from 2.5 turns is negligible( 2 Kms per liter) and not worth sacrificing ,in terms of heat and FE.

              The difference in terms of performance from 4 to 3.5 is also negligible,but gives an additional 1 km per liter FE.

                At 4 turns AFR I usually start moving the bike in second gear without issues.For this you must have 20W40 oil to keep engine cool so that no knocking can occur,and should have maintained the bike WELL,ie., no sudden acceleration or ripping.
                Try an AFR screw setting of 3.5 turns
                When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

                      Hey anybody can tell me what are the tools and its no. needed to open spark plug and does it is with the tools we get with bike.

                        Plug Spanner and Yes it is in the tool kit supplied wit the bike...it is cylindrical in form

                          I believe it is size 18 . Had a hard time trying to buy one - Finally thanx to Vineeth , bought a full tool kit from SVC .

                            i think its the valve setting . Lack of low end performance was rectified when i adjusted my valve clearance.

                              Sir can you please tell me where you got this information from?. My svc guys said its 4 turns used as factory setting.
