I will share my probs with you...kindly help me on this...

My bike is having lots of trouble now...

1. Blasting sound from silencer most of the time.

2. Knocking like sound ( still haven't figured out whether its engine knocking or not)

3. Self start sometimes don't work ( battery is new)

4. Sometimes during starting just the cranking sound and then the meter gets reset. (except odometer)

5. Brake light not working (mechanic told me some spring on the lever is gone and available here in stock)

6. I would actually like my tail light changed to LED's.

7. My mileage used to be 36kmpl but once it went down to 30kmpl all of a sudden and its still that. No change...

8. Need guidance in changing my tires also. (I am planning on M45 4.00 18" for rear and M62 Gazelle 3.00 18" for front)

9. While accelerating it gets cut off suddenly thus disturbing the smooth flow of riding. My mechanic cleaned out the air filter but the prob still remains in a small scale. Its really irritating...

Guys i also need ur help in finding a good mechanic for my karizma in Trivandrum because i am little low on technical side. The local mechanic i had is good in bullet and other bikes but i doubt his ability in Karizma. Pls help out.[/QUOTE]


have you changed your spark plugs? if not change it asap and do a good carb clean.most of the hiccups will be gone. i usually get the bike serviced at brother's point (i thinks thats the name) near cotton hill school vazhuthacad-edepazhinji road.

Bigbore kit

Hello friends my name is nimesh s patel. I am from bilimora gujarat. My work place is at Vadodara Gujarat. Its 200 kilometers away from my home. I deposited the amount on 19th july and i received my bigbore kit on 25th november. I waited for more than 4 months to get the delivery. i was at my job place and decided to drive back home on saturday with one friend. we left at 5:30 pm from vadodara and reached bilimora by 8 pm took one 5 minute hault. Next morning i was woke up, got ready for garage and went to amalsad its 5 kilometers away from bilimora. Took the Courier(bigbore kit) along with me in my bag. I reached and opened the packed box. truly telling i have zero mechanical knowledge so i don't know what exactly i was to get in it. (Sirf itna pata tha ki bigbore kit bolte hai) so i just opened and was shocked to see the damaged borekit and spoiled my day. Still i cant take the thing out of my mind that i received damaged one. I spent my hard earned money and now i am in total loss. I immediately called joel and busy man was in chennai and asked me to send the pics. I transferred pictures through whatsapp application but got no response. Seems like he is busy there. Now what should i do? Guys please help me.

From the pics i am sure that all these damage is caused due to poor packing.I had seen Joels Bigbore packing,just a cardboard packing and some paper inside it.Our postal peoples dont handle these things with care,I think even a handle with care sticker will solve this.

Packing must of good quality.Have a look at this!

The fins and LINER are both damaged...fins bent or broken is ok but because of the bent liner , bore cannot be used.

Have not even received stickers of race concepts.

What about the part where piston is placed? Have you seen? It should be 360* like circle but because of the damage its not so piston cannot move up and down easily. It will stuck in side from one side.
