And Sir, can you name all the necessary tools required for ZMA.

@RTR Bro, Thanks for the DIY.

@Pinaki Sir, Sir, what happens if we skip the magneto rotor??
And is a torque spanner required???
you should bring the piston to TDC so that the tappet are not actuated and loose. The tools required are
    1. 17 size ring spanner for Valve door nut removal
    2. Feeler guage for setting the tappet clearance to 0.1
    3. special Tool to lock the center adjustment screw while tightening the outer lock nut,of tappet adjustment,....see the one in the link I had provided before....

The mark on the magneto rotor is the piston top dead center mark and the mark on the CAM timing gear is to align it correctly with this to get the Valve timing accurately.
Exactly, but Sir,the special tool you are referring to is not easily available in the market so I adjust it with the help of pliers. And guys, while adjusting tappets, hold the adjuster screw in place with the plier and then tighten the lock nut or else the adjuster screw will rotate along with the lock nut and the setting might go wrong!

But for switching on the hazard lights, you will have to switch on the hazard light switch and then the indicator..
Thanks.. It solved the query to many extent.

Yes sir,Joel has 260cc in his custom drag race karizma.

I think this is the 260cc Joels Dragger.

                  Me too doubtful here.
How is the power output affeceted?
Are the gear ratios also changed?
Stock Karizma shows 80kph on speedo @ 5000 rpm in 5th gear(for example)....Will that be still same? If no, then at 5k rpm it will be >80, <80 ??
Will it now cross 8.5k rpm?

At a service centre, I saw a ZMR having Michelin tyres...rear = M-45 and front = M-62...on the tyre there was written that "Max 180 kmph" So I think it was the max speed at which the tyre will be safe...So, now, will the stock tyres of Karizma be okay/good/bad to handle 150kph+ as you've mentioned...?

Axxo pads will make scratches on the tank sides,so stick a piece of rubber or any sticker on the side of the tanks to avoid scratches.

Skip the flywheel setting thing and the engine valves may fall out of timing , it is best to at least check it when doing the valve clearance thing . I'm not sure how much timing accuracy be gained by this method ... and the flywheel setting usually doesn't fall out of timing by itself . Better do it if you find your tappets were too loose or too tight during the adjustment , if the adjustment is very small , you may skip it .

HoroHonda (HeroMoto ) has , in every major city , an authorised parts dealer , like in Calcutta-Bengal it's Bansal Motors in wellington . The ASCs get most of their parts & tools from them only , and only a few warranty items or unavailable parts are ordered directly from the company . Befriend the guy at your ASC's parts counter and get the name & address of the authorised parts dealer for HeroMoto in your town . They'll have that special-tool you want ( and many other interesting things ) . Then post a pic of it here for the rest of us .
