      3. My stock battery is almost 3 1/2 years (24+k). Still good as new.

      4. But spare cables when they are available. I have already changed speedo cable twice. Got two spares. In fact I got spares for most parts . Zma spares are not easy to come by so...

Why normal ones??,pay a bit more and get MF battery instead. Amaron is Recommended.
How much is the Amaron 9AH?
              Short circuits?
Maybe, because took the bike to a nearby beach, rode in water and at a stage I pressed the horn button and it continued to sound even when I turned the key off(might be 'cause negative of horn is connected to the body itself by the mechanic)

Find some one kind enough to do that payment for you through his credit card & you can pay in his account the amount . ( I am lucky to find a friend here . )
              I'm bad at these things

Today opened up the entire handle, lock set and found out that the one of the 2 wires connecting the lock set has lost its soldering. Just resoldered the wire to the lock set and everything back as fine. I will post some pics of how I resoldered it in some time.

By the way where did you buy LED pilot lamps from?
Hi, I saw how you got the problem fixed from those pics and I hope there is a small problem in my case too fingers crossed.
I did not buy the LEDs I said I'm getting 28 SMD LEDs at 300 INR / pair, here in Calcutta.

@Vishakh: What is this man! Get well soon, bro. From the incident, it seems that your speed was 50-60 kph? It happens, we have got no control over it. Idiots like those are bound to jump here and there, even on highways.

Last week someone stole my helmet (Studds Ninja bought at 1000 INR) which I left locked in my bike, he/she cut the strap and took the helmet which might be of no use technically because it has no chin strap. Now, I'm thinking about STUDDS Scorpion Decor. I think I can't go for expensive ones at ~3k.

              • Alhamdulillah, that you're ok. And dont bother about the bike, cause bikes come and go, but riders dont. And id suggest you get rid of the belly cowl and go for the crash guard. Since you're bike's in the SVC replace the handle bars and coneset, and also do overhaul the front suspension.

And about the helmet, you're lucky you got off easy. My friend had a minor fall with the same helmet, and his skull cracked below his right eye socket. Its been over a year and still if you press below his eye socket you're finger would go inside. Weird huh?

Its best you replace the helmet, cause I remember when I bought my MotoCross, my dad warning me, that due to the angular chin region it'd stick and pivot in the event of a wreck and hence there was a high chance that i'd sprain/break my neck. So it'd be best to opt for a rounded helmet next time around.

The fork Pipe is Rs.900/- Changed it last month, after a stone just flew from under a bus and hit the fork tube, leaving a big dent , which later caused oil leakage.

FE was 46+ the best for my motorbike till date!
I was with a pillion and I was doing 80-90 kmph with few hits of 100 and few constant runs of 110 kmph.

I recently took it to some offroading.. let me attach couple of pics.
It performed just right. However, one has to know how to ride on 'No-road'. In my opinion they perform, many have taken ZMA to get leh'd !

Your spark plug indicates that your carb setting and spark strength is good. usually head requires de-carbonization at 35k but yours has run for 51k and thus causing knocking as carbon deposits causes increase in compression and reduces the space of combustion chamber and thus causes knocking. Also excess carbon deposits will cause valves hitting the piston top as carbon thickens the piston top.
Thank you! A couple of expert mechanics who rode the bike expressed the same opinion, of course with a little doubt on rocker arms too. This Sunday most probably we will open the head and see.

And, could you please provide me the number of the SKF Cage model cone set? If you have picture, that would be more helpful.

And, I was able to source all the rubber parts in the fairing.
