100% true about the bold part. Oil level is stable but since you said I will monitor it closely from now on. Currently running on shell 10w 40 ss.

Also is there any necessity to tune my bike to richer side?

        1. Drastic reduction in sluggishness.
        2. Revvs better - seeing some improvement in top end.
        3. Maintains the heat
        4. Manageable 3500-4000kms drain period, depends.
        5. VFM

Color changes after 2k but viscosity remains, have done atleast 3k till now.

No need to do any tuning. I don't think you need to keep an eye on the oil level either...Low RPM short rides will not heat up engine and so plug will show color of rich running....so just keep riding and enjoy the experience..

                Bore Wash-
If the AFR is too rich then the fuel washes off the thin layer of oil coating the bore, hence wearing down the piston rings at a steady phase.

                Brick Wall-
Its a term used to describe a condition when the bike stops accelerating even before it reaches the limiter.

                • I found this following oil while I was repairing my ZMA. Somebody did fill in Passion and out of curiosity took a small ride of the bike and found it to be good. Took the oil in hands and it is white and very sticky and appears not as thick as regular 20w50 oil. Ever since, got a thought of using in my Karizma and see how it does. Its imported from USA and the brand is Top 1 Oil. And is a synthetic blend. Seems the price is reasonable at 250 rupees a can.

I put this oil in my Karizma very recently, just 250 kms back. It appears to be good so far. I would know how good this oil is only when I turn back to regular 20w40 oil. And, it is certainly better than the regular Veedol Takeoff 20w40 oil.

                    • Is it possible to fit ZMR's/new Xtreme's split grab rails to my Karizma? I found the split grab rail to be more convenient for tying the luggage with bungee cords.

                                Question:
Has anyone tried ordering plastic panels from the below website:
                                Safe-x Motorcycle Mudguards And Fairings

They claim to sell high quality plastics at a cheap price.
