        Got a bottle of Petronas Sprinta 5000 10w40 FS oil. Something tells me the company is no more. Because the bottle I got was imported in 2010. Price was Rs.447. Can amyone guide me regarding the drain interval.???

              Bumping thread for visibility.

              Need urgent info. I went for coffee out of ofc in the rains. Went sans the helmet. (sorry, but it was deliberate to listen to the sounds) I feel that the sound doesn't come entirely from the chain sprocket set. Rather, it feels like some busted ball bearing set! Can someone explain how the engine and the chain sprockets are connected? Any (and how many) ball bearings in between?

                Refer parts catalogue .

                Changed to 10w 40SS from shell. Didnt like it for the first 100kms or so but afterwards i feel its good. Refined engine smooth gearbox and less warmup time.

                      Michelin M45 after 10000kms+ mainly ridden in bad roads.

                        Karizma-R 2011
                        Odo: 13500 kms (only on highways)
                        Engine Oil: Valvoline SS 10w40
                        Tyres: Front-MRF stock, Rear- M45 4.00

                        Observation:- Bike does 120kmph, however, there's a noise emitting from bore for sometime which is actually becoming a concern to me. This is heard when the engine is idle. Otherwise have no issues with bike.

                        What bike needs?

                        1. Right panel star screw - missing from previous service.
                        2. Right panel 10mm screw which has a cylinder/barrel on which the screw is done.
                        3. Silencer top chrome plate missing a screw
                        4. Throttle cable B
                        5. Engine oil before next mega trip.
                        6. Some rubber washers for fairings

                        Please see the plug reading below. It shows bit of chocolate brown on the much while porcelain. You can also see how the plug top is bent down by our beloved HH Service. Later undid some to have gap. CAUTION:- Kindly check the bike's plug once taken out from service just make sure it is not tampered like mine.

                          Is the second pic after you have made some modifications ? As the gap is not yet proper i think. And the spark plug was probably dropped head on in SVC.

                          OT : Btw nice pic of spark plug, was it a dslr just curious.
