    • Im guessing that the bulb-fusing issue happens to people who ride with the rear brake pedal partly depressed.
A lot of people ride like so which would lead to premature fusing of the bulb...

No buddy im not keeping the Legs on the brakes while riding..and that too i have also checked if the brake light are on while the brake is not appiled...the brake switch is perfect and the brake light lights up when the brakes are properly applied..!!

Sure buddy. Some guys say that they didnt get that problem after they soldered the bulb to the holder instead of pjust placing it there.

Some say that they didnt encounter this problem after they changed to a 22W bulb.

          Try any one of these

This irritating problem was there with my previous zma. I atleast changed 10-12 rear brakelight bulbs.
And yes, as maverick46 told, I used to ride with the brake lever depressed.

That irritating noise is all gone! Took around half hour for all this..
^^Anyhow, thanks for the inputs mate!

The bike is just awesome..done around 410kms in 5 days! will get service done approx ~ 700kms next week..

I feel its giving me a decent mileage around ~40, will get the exact figures ones i refill again!
well, glad to know your bike is noise-less now. It really is an IRRITATING noise - that clip rubbing one. :|
In my case we really couldn't locate the source of the noise after long thorough checks.

Mileage during my run-in (not motoman way) was aroung 34 before 1st service and 42 after 1st service. 36-38 overall till date (2400 km)

First of all u didnt get a Zma for mileage.

Okay, a K&N would not give any performance gain without upjetting. And if u upjet u ll lose on Fuel Efficiency even more.

Instead u can just get ur carb cleaned and tuned for better FE.

Be light and easy on the throttle. Accelerate gently.

                            Shift gears at 3.5k ~ 4k rpm.

Check ur tyre pressure atleast once a week.

                            Use good quality fuel.

                              • I want to fit osram night breaker on the bike. The query i have is, how will it perform with the stock battery? And also any idea where to get in delhi?? I was looking at Osram's website for dealers, but it didn't show any dealership .

Some of you have it fitted on the bike, so could you please post some pictures of it and what is the specification of the bulb? Is it 55/60w?
