It looks like a photoshopped one.. Look at the cutting of the rear-fender(not alligned with the number plate), n the 'Limited Edition R15' is a bit choppy..

Guys, one of the Mumbai xBhpian has just confirmed that he saw this R15 on display in Thane. Color scheme more or less the same as Fazer LE. I've asked him for more details especially bout the projector headlamps. Let's see if he has looked at it that closely.
