As far as changing the filter alone is an option..i'd like to try it out.

so can anyone guide me to any performance oriented oil filters available in delhi...?along with the price aswell please..
Uhh, AFAIK a new/different brand oil filter does not give you a boost in performance. And has the R15's filter failed you anytime? I think it can pretty much handle the filtration...
        You get the point?? :D

Dude, i went to the MAS tyres today and he quoted 1800 for rear and 1400 for front(3200 for both). When i quoted the price you told, he just blunty refuced that none could have bought it from his place for such a price.

Also there are a couple of tyres left, but all the rear tyres looks like atleast a couple laps had been put on them. check the Left and right cornres of the tyre.

Now i am getting a wierd feeling when i remember that for each race, a new set of tyres are used. Wonder where those raced tyres are going in.

              • It seems yesterday someone tried to open the lock with many keys (my neighbor told me) when I kept my bike outside my house and left. Might be a try for theft. What extra protection I shall have.

Mr.Sathyen, really your HID's are fantastic. In my town I wont be running my bike a lot. So already I'm worrying how long will the battery sustain. With these HID's, it might be more worse isn't it. I have connected both the bulbs for low beam too. If not a problem, how much the HID's costs.

Friends, any idea that I could do to carry a small suitcase.

                          Shorter Gear ratio's.
                          Initial acceleration up by margin.
Top end may come down by a bit, depends..

                          • ^^ nope, a smaller rear sprocket will give higher ratios, acceleration will drop, but the engine will cruise at lower rpm for a given speed now.

i just wanna know if anyone has tried this before or heard of it.

Eh! Till now I knew that Fz sprockets are bigger than r15's, neways thanks for putting it right.

A relative of mine had done it, will check and tell.
