I agree 100%. Before I had my R15, I too thought it is a bit overpriced. But the rev happy engine, chassis and the build quality has floored me completely. I think it is VFM even at some 10k more. Quality of parts is way ahead of bikes like ZMR, P220 etc.Originally posted by sheelpriye View PostI honestly believe its a VFM.
Where on earth would you get a LC, 4 valve Motorcycle with a chassis to die for, for just above 1L?
Yes, it does pinch, but you get what you pay for.
We all know how reliable it is and there are absolutely no issues with most Motorcycles until and unless someone played with its electricals or tried to get smart by adding unwated bits.
Hope you stay with your beaut forever & keep this despite upgrading
Its reasonable accurate. You can ride for some 50-70 kms easily with the gauge blinking. After that, the blinking will stop, and it will not show any bar on the gauge. You have to get it refueled ASAP then.Originally posted by abhi_underdog View Postguyz how accurate is the fuel gauge ? , when the reserver indicator starts to blink , is it actually 1.1 Ltrs in the tank ?
+1. White actually makes the bike look a bit bigger! I somehow hate yellow. Red is the most attention grabbing. Blue is classy. Black is discreet.Originally posted by Sarvajit View PostGo for the white LE-it is the most classy IMO.
If you wanna show off to your college chicks, get yellow or red.
If you like wearing riding gear all the time, get blue.
If you wanna take it to office, get black.
Is there any other color left?
If you are talking about the intake resonator, yes it has one.Originally posted by adi.singh1992 View PostHey friends will anyone of you please solve my query....
i want to know that is r15 equipped with air induction system like the r125's....Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

Yes we are proud of our Baby R1 for what it is and what it doesOriginally posted by joeprodigy View PostTo all R15 owners. I think you really need to be proud of your R15s. I saw the R125 the other day (In London) and man the R15 looks so much better. I agree that the R15 may not have the best rear but overall it certainly looks better.
The above is my opinion only !
You are welcomeOriginally posted by wildest View PostThanks for your time and sharing me your views. But, you meant "Hard to maintain", will you please explain me?
I felt, as If i have lost something.
.
"Hard to maintain" - Means, if it get scratched somehow it will be visible pretty quickly. you have to make sure that the colour never fades, so you have to polish your baby to get it shine like new.
Anyway i always love to watch my Baby R1 when it is parked in sun. She really smiiles at you

It can be rectified in lathe, but the problem is u cant get the clutch bell bush for r15, coz it doesnot have seperate part no. but somehow by using someother rubber bushes lathe persons will rectify , it can only withstand for 3000-4000kms , better get it replaced with newone costs 1400 .... i have replaced the bell at 20000kms after tat no probs, one important thing change the bell along with primary drive gear which reduces the gear play.....Originally posted by Bean View PostGuys i have a very serious thing to ask about this R15 i.e The Clutch Bell Noise
