Installed Joel's air filter the other day. The first think that stuck me is that the bike feels much smoother than before. This could also be because my earlier filter was a bit clogged at 10k kms. Also, it now revs more effortlessly and the throttle response has sharpened a bit. Other than that, it sounds exactly the same as stock. All in all, there is a definite improvement with the air filter.Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

Well you gotta change a lot, here is the list:Originally posted by xXhellrulerXx View PostHello ppl,
I m buying the white R15 tom, i just wanna know what all i should change and dos and donts in d start, so as to get the best out of my bike.. and also if there are any downsides of the colour white. by change i mean if i need to change any parts for better performance.
- First and foremost your riding style.
- Respect for this machine as this would be the fastest 150cc bike you gonna ride here in Indian roads.
- Your potential to restrain from going above the RPM limit during the run-in period.
- Let her make you fell comfortable and you do the same with her, and then you will get the best out of it, believe me.
- Downside of color white is that you have to keep her shiny all the time bro.
Above all READ THE MANUAL before riding this machine. Buy It, Ride it and Ride Safe. All the best
Save the Earth - We are the one who are running out of time, as Earth will take it own time to heal but that time may not be enough for us.

Kudos to MRF tyres.
As i told you guys my issue where all of a sudden i faced 6 punctures in my rear tyre on friday i showed it to mrf centre in wakdewadi pune and they replaced it for free as they told in 5 months getting so many punctures is surely a tyre issue.
They saved my expense for a new tyre

1-lots of punctures in the stock tyres.Originally posted by sheelpriye View Post@Faizan -- Why would you want that tire and do where do you think it shall be available?
..
2-gives rear a strong character (130/70 isn't bad)
3-mileage dosen't matters me much ..since m already getting a low figure..
4-m a causual sutnter n racer.......most time spend is on city traffic...so handling dosen't matters much...
n yes ...i'll buy it 4rm after market shops....!!

Don't you think 130 section would be an overkill for your R15?It will give your bike that strong character but will take a toll on handling. In Yamaha R15 championship races,I see 99% of the 'racers' use only stock tyre MRF.And if you are a 'racer',you must surely be knowing how power to weight ratio matter in races. If you are so much tempted for that look, then swap to 110 section tyre or better stick to the stock ones.Originally posted by Faizan View Post1-lots of punctures in the stock tyres.

Stick to stock bro, trust me, larger tyres will screw your handling, so much so the bike becomes scary, had 120's on mine when I bought it second hand, even city riding was scary, now i'm on stock and loving it!Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !
