You can go to any Yamaha dealer for recall/replacements anywhere in the country, these idiots make money by doing these replacements, so I don't understand their point, try being more forceful, you have the same starting chassis number as mine and same colour, mine needs the radiator changed, it wasn't done by the previous owner, one dealer said he will do it (without seeing the bike) I have emailed Yamaha regarding the fairings today, just awaiting confirmation, pretty sure it's due for this variant.Originally posted by krishkanthr15 View Post

More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

Yes I am using Slime for the rear tyre. It works flawlessly, one puncture post installation. I just removed the particle that got into my tyre, and then the slime came out and sealed the leak point itself. Basically it takes the air pressure inside the tyre and pressures out the material.Originally posted by shrinathrao View PostIs anyone using Slime puncture sealant in their bikes, and has anyone checked how the bike behaves when you get a puncture like is there any major loss of air or something?Flying at the speed of Life!

Any New upgrades about R15?
I have heard a lot of news all around here about the release of new Yamaha yzf R15. Any Xbhpians or R15 riders are aware of this fact? This is just the rumor or Yamaha is really working on it?
I am planning to exchange my bike with R15, but the news in the market forces to take back my step. Please, provide me your suggestion.

[QUOTE=Krishi;597352]The usual remedy for puncture in a tubeless tire is inserting a plug..
An Indian made video is below. you can find other videos too. (how to repair tubeless tire)

And there is this product called slime. an instant sealant.

But from what i ve read on xBhp, it seems yamaha isnt going to launch it anytime soon
i think the new r15 is just going to be a cosmetic upgrade..No its not about speed, its about turning and shifting those gears!

The FID as mentioned works on finding any faults with all the sensors installed on the R15 ( i think there are 6 or 7 of them ), and it can test them for proper operation as well.
Yes if there is a difference in altitude, tuning the C0 ratio does help to get best performance from your machine. Think of it as a digital air-fuel screw. And the FID is the only tool that lets you set that.
This is because the R15 runs an open loop system. So there is no feedback from the exhaust with regards to the CO2 value in the burnt gases, that lets the ECU determine the best air-fuel ratio.
It has to be set manually like a carburettor, only difference is you use a digital tool to set it.
I had one for sale, sold it in mumbai. If anyone wants one, i can arrange for it.
EDit - if you are not happy with the C0 setting, you can always contact your regional service engineer from yamaha. They have one issued to them for this purpose.

Thanks for replying. Can you guess the probable release date of R15? In which month there is probability to be launched and what do you suggest me? Should I have to wait some months or years for New R15?

Hi guys, Yesterday I went to Jaipur with my friends and i tried to top my bike and the max I could get was 130 and a friend of mine with a r15 touched 139 on the same road.. I was fully crouched and I weigh 55 and my friend does the same..
The bike was services less than 15 days ago.. and I have never touched more than 130 on my bike every time I have tried.. What can be the issue?Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

Well assuming that you were on a long straight stretch , what RPM did u achieve 130 . Compare that with your friends .Originally posted by HotAntivirus View PostHi guys, Yesterday I went to Jaipur with my friends and i tried to top my bike and the max I could get was 130 and a friend of mine with a r15 touched 139 on the same road.. Chain slack , lubrication , tyre pressure , and amount of fuel left in the tank can also cause a decrease in speed .
Check these again and try hitting the top speed .Livin in the REDLINE district ------------------

Can i get them replaced ? Also some time back, i was denied the FOC radiator replacement due to the change of dealership in my area. I purchased my bike at one dealer and after a year, a new dealership has been started. When i asked them regarding this, they said that I have to go to my old dealer to get it replaced(which doesnt exist anymore). Can i complain to Yamaha regarding this ?
