I would suggest go for castrol bike zone instead of probiking, PBK sucks really, try this Bike Zone Locator

The max I have extracted from my P200 is 52km/litre with really sane riding. And not once, I have got this figure multiple times. The minimum fuel efficiency figure for my P200 has been 46km/litre.

52km/litre is really cool!!!! My best is 49kmpl.
The Worst was 34kmpl when i did bangalore-chennai stint. Was riding at 7k RPM all the way. Now it gives an average of 44kmpl.

                  Wats on ur Odo currently?
The tyres on an avearge lasts 25k kms. The 120 section tyres r available only in few brands.Go for which ever is of ur taste.>> IRCs r good.
Change the Filter element, or go for K&N filters (RC 1060)
Mileage il go up after u fit K&N, (But dont do Upjetting)
Regarding handle, does it wobble? or vibrates.
Cone set needs to be replaced.

Please do some research. Don't go around giving wrong advice to people. You HAVE to Upjet if you are installing a K&N filter. If you do not, the engine will run too hot. This is because, you are suddenly letting in more air into the engine, but not giving any extra fuel. Which means, the bike will run too lean, causing it to heat up rapidly. And AFAIK, mileage does NOT increase with a K&N. It will infact reduce, because you are getting more performance.

i would love to keep the bike stock as long as i can, but is it really necessary to go for K&N ?
N ya the handle wobbles, for how much can i get it fixed any ideas on that??

Check your fork and cone set but handlebars vibrate a bit because of the feedback from the wheels, if your handlebar vibrates but doesn't really alter the course of the bikes path, then its quite normal, but if it is too violent and you can't control the bike without holding onto the bars then you need to get it checked.

                          • Open your LH panel, you'll need to open another panel inside with a size 12 (approximately) T-spanner

There will be a slot where your filter will be housed, grab the plastic frame present between the two layers of the sponge and pull it out gently

Remove the plastic frame from the from within the sponge carefully

Use kerosene (I used petrol/diesel) on shallow dish to soak the filter and squeeze out the dirt, repeat till the filter is clean.

U are absolutely rite. Aftr research and practical experiences, these were the results. Average went upto 3-4 kms, Top speed: 4-5kms
I had done Upjetting earlier. It drank petrol like mad. Then put back the stock 1.
The bike wud have run lean if i had installed K&N model: R-1100, but m running K&N: RC-1060.
No heating up issues either. Its been 7 months now,wid best engine oils, best riding practise,City or Highway, the temperature warning never came up, atleast it shud have come up during my 370km (Chennai-bangalore) ride in 4 & half hrs., but it dint!!!!
I would like to kno your experiences and more about Pros n Cons of K&N, m sure many of them do.........

                              • I got my bike serviced today (and an 18-km ride to-and-fro as bonus ) and there is one thing that I am curious about.

The Karol Bagh Bagga motors serviceman added something called a "Nano-Coating" to my estimate. I asked him what this was and his reply was that it is a replacement for "Bardahl" oil.

There was a big poster as well with this Nano coating illustrated.
The coating cost 220 extra, its some sort of engine oil additive.

Now, does anyone know what this coating is? I must admit that my bike feels much smoother now but that might just as well be the oil change from Castrol (@ Bangalore, running for past 3 months) to Mak 20W50 here.

Any inputs? No results on google...
Also, how about this "Bardahl" ??

Also, for parts guys, there's a parts list booklet inside the waiting room which has all parts' prices for all bikes.
