ok, first of all whats the problem with ur silencer? Leaks?? If yes, i don't think it can be repaired. One has to replace it and the silencer would cost around Rs.6500 at pbking!Originally posted by techlive View Post

Hello! A few months back I upgraded to a Rear Disc setup on my 200, but off late, it has started whistling sometimes when I apply the brake! And for some weird reason, the whistling is even more frequent with a pillion! What could be the problem? I tried cleaning the disc, no difference. You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

Did you need to upgrade the swingarm too, to fit a rear disc setup on the P200? I would really appreciate if you can post some clear and concise photographs of the rear disc-setup.Originally posted by guardian_in View PostHello! Hi Aryan. Yes, I changed the swingarm to the one from the 220, although my friend who did all the fitting later told me that it was an unnecessary purchase, as the only difference is the clamp to hold the calipers and a small hook to hold the brake fluid tube.Originally posted by Aryan View PostDid you need to upgrade the swingarm too, to fit a rear disc setup on the P200? Mate, there are two washers that will come with the 220's wheel that has to be fixed onto the swing arm hub along with the wheel and one has to make sure that it's done cos, many of the times the pbking guys forget that and the end result is that the caliper will start rubbing aganist the disc and eventually u will have severe disc wear and tyre wear towards right side. This happened to me and i had to replace two new MRF tyres before i could find out that Rs.15 washers caused all this problem!Originally posted by guardian_in View PostHello! 2 tyres replaced! Where exactly are these washers located? Will it be possible for you to show a picture of it?

Those are steel washers if i'm right, located at the ends of the connecting rod on the two sides. Sorry no pics mate, as i was too frustrated to take pics at that time!Originally posted by guardian_in View Post
