This above one will protect me from the cops in the city and help on touring as well.

Right now, since the time is short (ISg2g is coming up in a month), I am looking for any setup with a single chrome headlight which can fit in the projector.

The stock headlamp does not have the depth to fit in a BMW or a E63 bi xenon one..they have a depth of about 5.5" and 6.5" respectively. Since there is no fairing, I am concerned on how to protect the setup also.

      Any help/advice/

      • Anyone know how to test the consumption of an LED bulb?

The reason I am asking is that I have changed my tail/brake light on my R15 to a dual intensity LED cluster, the output is fairly near the stock filament bulb, just need to know how much power I am saving.

                  Thanks.
Quality is OK. My friend has been using it for the past 1 year, Only drawback is it consumes 45~50 watts(4.8A with 12.4V reading on multimeter), where as my Xentec consumes only [email protected] at startup and drops to 2.9A.

Thanks Sandeep for the helpful info. Do you mean to say 35 watt kit consumes 45-50 watts? That will be a problem for 35 watt bike (FZ16) isn't it?

If FZ16 and Fazer are same, then absolutely no need to worry. Fazer produces decent amount of current. Used 55/60w in Fazer with dead battery(push started) and got full illumination at 3000RPM.
my friend is using this KDO on his CT100 (rewinded and converted to full DC)

Hey you could try http://www.facebook.com/RnDmotovil. They are located in Kolkata I guess. Ordered my HID from them through courier.

                            • I'm using this on KDO HID on my Cb twister for the past 1.5yrs still it's working fine. But only thing it's draining the battery in heavy traffic.that time i'll switch to halogen powered by magneto coil AC output.
