Sorry to disagree but u r totally misleaded by ur grease monkey about projectors and HID conversion kits. Projectors will offer better beam spread and a sharp cut off to avoid glares to the opposite traffic. Whereas the normal HID conv kit can cause glares which can blind the on coming traffic which is dangerous. Do not depend on these grease monkeyes in electricals as the fact is, they dont know what they are doing or saying in this. But one thing is right, quality projectors will cost more than the normal but u know the rule of thumb: good things never come cheap. U need to search for a good quality projectors for a better beam spread as well as for a longer warranty period.Originally posted by abhi7013 View PostDo it Yourself, what so ever, if Possible

Seriously? That cheap? I got a pair of 3 inch projectors with 6000k 35w HID bulbs in it (I did not take the ballasts as I already had ballasts) with the wiring for my R15.Originally posted by 111diablo111 View Post2.2k-2.5k for single rig projector like this >>
Costed me 9500 total including shipping.
Got it from DR MODZ..
This is his personal ZMR..
This is my bike.. installed it myself..
The kit as it came..
The spread.. Loved the low beam but the high beam is just good for city use and ok ok for highway.. Too good to use it as pass light..

It is available on ktautoparts . dual angel eye hid projectorOriginally posted by 111diablo111 View Postguys how much these double rings bi-xenon projectors cost??

But their cost seems to be high than the market for just an extra ring . I suggest you to get single angel eye projector & get extra angel eye of little big size & add it . If you want it .

I have a hero impulse and want to install a hid projector. From what i understand, the hid requires a dc supply where as my bike has ac supply, hence i should connect the hid directly to the battery via a relay. Impulse has a 35/35w headlight. My query is:
1) Will this drain the battery out completely if i connect the hid directly to the battery?
2) Is it necessary to convert the bike electrical system to full dc to save the battery?
Any other thing that i should know.
